X-Tream Sk8 Park — Attraction in Carol Stream

I grew up riding this park and it means a lot to me. I would give it 4 stars growing up but recently it dropped to 3. The ramp layout is good and most of what you need is there. There used to be both a granite and a marble ledge to grind on that made the park more of a destination. Both of those got damaged and rather than be fixed/replaced were removed permanently. Crowds have never been an issue since then. Invasive vegetation has been encroaching on the boundary fence causing debris buildup and drainage issues that slow your roll.
