Order after order wrong. We're still smiling đ Being a restaurant worker for decades, there's room for massive improvement. I've never in my life been to an establishment that the patron is shamed for locations mishaps. Wrote them directly for a resolution and was given a response of don't come here anymore. Last straw was the general manager claiming we caused hardship for employees on our first visit. I WISH we had the girl from Arizona again. We had a great time and tipped 50%. This is why we came back!
Sucks that a new neighborhood location thrives on gaslighting patrons. Peace out Fozzy's. You clearly can not factor accountability into your mission.
Back to corporate establishments we go. If you see more than 20 patrons inside. Just leave. They can't handle it Tried to make nice by directing my concern w the website. Even worse communication than I expected. I claimed to them that I do not want to visit again. Then was told maybe I should visit a "bar" that suits me better, and don't come back because we heard you were an issue before. Um, you're in the service industry, we also are, we came back because of the gal that helped us the first visit.
We came for food and a drink, not to get hammerd and care about a free beer in replacement for 50 minutes for traditional wings.
Not sure if anyone except the wonderful barback has ever worked at a restaurant. Maybe his name was Shawn? Please put him in control of everything. He genuinely cared and helped with lack of...
Read moreMy wife and I had polar opposite experiences. It was her recommendation after having a 5/5 lunch there. She spoke to the good food and experience. My experience or lack there of was neither. Nonetheless, this felt like a one off situation and shouldnât be a total representation of this place. Anyway, the review!
Late night team was far from their A game. 3 bartenders. We only consistently saw 2 who ignored our table for over 15 minutes before servicing us. We had to take menus from a dirty table hoping that would give a hint. No other patrons were ordering from the bar and their tables were being serviced (to an extent). We ordered and things began looking up when we had that third bartender ask if we ordered. After that it was downhill. Drinks arrived minutes before the food. By this time itâs been a little over 30 minutes. 2 of the 3 plates arrived to find out the third was never ordered. We would have said something if we had anyone check in on us. I understand a newer bar mastering the house cocktails. However, it wasnât even that there was no pep in either bartenders step. I saw more slow laps around the bar than drinks being made. I would understand tables being serviced slower if the bar had been full but the bar was empty. The drinks were good and well presented but $8 for a 30+ minute cocktail was a sobering no. We decided to close out and go elsewhere. The minimal service we got was not friendly. This place has the potential...
Read moreFood is decent but disgustingly overpriced. Not at all worth your money, unfortunately.
Please do better!!!
Reply to Owner: For example, the Crab Rangoon eggrolls. That's $12 before tax for 3 eggrolls. There is no way you can honestly say one of those eggrolls is worth $4. It's just ridiculous to charge that much for essentially fried cream cheese.
Another great example of how overpriced your menu is, would be with your Fried Avocado Tacos. Currently charging $17 for what amounted in maybe half an avocados worth of avocado split between the 3 tacos. Again, just incredibly overpriced for what you're actually serving. Especially when you consider some of your meat options for taco cost less than the avocado ones. There is just no honest way you should be charging that much.
In addition, $6 for your side of Mac and Cheese is outrageous. It was literally reheated pasta tossed with sprinkle cheese that barely even melted. Make the pasta fresh and make batches of a cheese sauce at the very least.
I understand the concept of selling high margin food to turn a quick buck, but you're just going to end up loosing out on returning customers. Where your pricing stands now and what you're actually offering in exchange, just isn't worth it. Please reconsider either your menu or...
