So my girlfriend goes here almost every day. It's not always perfect but nothing ever is. She ordered a large caramel iced latte with six pumps caramel like she always does. She got to work and noticed the coffee grounds at the bottom of the drink. So her co-worker went to get it fixed for her. In turn the young man with an English accent who told her that it's not a latte but an iced coffee (which isn't even what she ordered in the first place) and they don't make lattes like that. You don't say??? Well instead of just correcting it he made her co-worker pay for another coffee (iced latte) because she didn't have a receipt because they NEVER give receipts there nor ask if you want one. She uses the app and the proof is there. This kind of "customer service" was just disrespectful. I've attached the photo of how obvious the mistake was. That is all coffee grounds! Out of all my restaurant management experience this was probably one of the most blatant disrespect for a...
Read moreI go to Dunkin Donuts twice a day just about every day... I know definitely addicted to coffee LOL. There are quite a few Dunkin Donuts nearby, so I frequent about four different ones. Anytime I've gone to the Dunkin Donuts on Army Trail they've always messed up my coffee :-( I always get a large hazelnut swirl iced coffee with only cream. They almost always give me the wrong coffee, today they forgot the Hazelnut and the coffee is very bitter almost taste old. Anytime I have brought it to their attention of course in a nice way, they always tell me I mistaken and that they gave me the right thing... And never offered to give me what I actually ordered. I drink the same coffee twice a day and know what it should taste like, I really don't appreciate being told that I'm wrong or the fact that they refused to fix the mistake... Don't stop here it's worth driving 5 more minutes up the road to the other Dunkin which is...

After like 30sec I said let me have 1/2 a dozen donuts she proceeded to tell me $6.35 before even letting me choose my donuts but I didnt swipe my card yet I chose my 6 donuts I swiped my card and she had the nerve to yawn in front of me and hand me my receipt as she was walking away no thank you come again no hello welcome to dunking donuts can I help you. Absolutely unprofessional very rude and will not be coming here again. I don't expect royal treatment but a simple hello or have a nice day would be sufficient since I still said thank you and she...
