DRINX.ILM — Restaurant in Carolina Beach

Unbelievable that I haven’t reviewed this place before, it’s my FAVORITE spot in town to get caffeinated. After my first lotus lemonade, I was totally hooked. I’ve never had a beverage treat me so right. If I could marry lotus tea, I would in a second. I’ve found my perfect match, the worldslayer, frozen & when I need an extra boost, I throw a matcha shot in. I’m on a slippery slope with the açaí bowls too because they have changed what breakfast means to me entirely. I bring everyone I love here just so they know me better, this place has become a part of my personality.

Wonderful owners that are very supportive of local small businesses, both in & around The Cargo District. The best Açai bowls with lots of vegan topping options. You can't go wrong with any of the Lotus drinks, they're fruity & delicious (and I think all of them can be made vegan.) Plus, your dog can even get a little fruity treat! Not only can you sit in one of the cute booths to enjoy your bowl & drinks, you can also shop from small businesses featured in the back of the Cafe. First of all the lotus drinks here are beyond amazing but that’s the least of it. The owners of this place are the sweetest, most down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure to chat with at a business. They truly want their customers to feel not only satisfied, but at home. They work their best to accommodate those who have specific health needs (zero carb/vegan) and are sure to please. They also do to go drinks that are good to drink the next day because you assemble them at home!! Definitely worth it!
