We recently spent a week at the Escorial Apartment Complex and decided to visit Chili's in Plaza Escorial multiple times as we are passionate about sports. Unfortunately, our visits to Chili's were not as enjoyable as we had hoped.
During each visit, we noticed that most of the attention at the bar was focused almost exclusively on two individuals sitting in the corner - a long-haired guy and a toothless female, despite there being other customers in the establishment. This made us feel uncomfortable and somewhat neglected. I believe that all customers deserve equal attention, regardless of who they are.
Furthermore, as a visitor from another country, I found it inappropriate for one person, particularly the long-haired guy, to dominate and control the bar area, especially when I was trying to enjoy my meal. This left a negative impression on me and my experience at Chili's, Puerto Rico.
If you're in the area and want to watch sports in a more peaceful environment, I would recommend crossing the street and going to Applebee's. They offer a quieter atmosphere and a better overall experience.
I hope that in the future, Chili's can provide a more equitable and welcoming experience for all customers, regardless of their origin or who happens to be in the corner of the bar. I am leaving with a sense of disappointment rather than having fully enjoyed my time in...

Food came out burnt. The steak was burnt on top and sideways. Do not order fajitas.
2.Waitress broke a plate on our table (there was food on the table) instead of calling for help, she left broken pieces of glass in the table, floor, and plate with food. This for me was unacceptable. As a paying customer I go to a place to feel safe the fact that no manager, supervisor or another member of the staff came to aid the clients/waitress clearly showed the lack of teamwork and professionalism.
When the manager came out, she was incredibly RUDE. She did not show concern at all for us, she lacked empathy and was sarcastic in her demeanor.
All in all I hope you chose a different chilis in PR. Because this staff is clearly...

Wait was long due to Covid protocols, which is fine with me, but inside it was full of customers. Sangria and piña colada machine was out of order and my mojito was not well prepared, the waitress was in agreement and said she had noticed so she took it back to the bar. The second mojito wasn't prepared well either, she gave credit...
