UPDATE: What a disappointment! Avoid this location. Since Cold Stone locations are franchised, as long as they meet the Corporate standards, they can fumble withe the rest of the rules, it seems. At other locations you can change two ingredients, whereas at this location you can only change one. The employee, young white blond guy with paste glasses offered to change the second topping for an additional $0.60, which is the cost of an extra topping, if the Signature Collection option has two toppings, I ask to change two of them and they charge me $0.60, they still owe me a third topping. Somehow, the employee didn't get this simple math. Customers beware: check your charges and avoid getting scammed. Also, they didn't have Nutella. Not going to this location again. OLD, FIRST REVIEW: I like coming to this location in particular since staff is always friendly and pay attention to detail. I always ask for a cup sized the next size of what I ordered to avoid spills and employees don't even hesitate and comply...

Ice cream is delicious, everything’s is delicious. I only have one problem I have is the other day I went there they had trainees which is understandable if they are slow, but they took so long that my ice cream melted and I ask politely if the worker could change it and she looked at me with an attitude, an unpleasant stare and I found it so rude she stood there for a while looking at me. I understand you have trainees and your patience might be running low but taking it out on me I don’t find it pleasant. Overall great once...

Fui a comprar mantecado y cuando llegué eran las 7:40 pm, me cerraron la puerta en la cara con otras 3 personas detrás de mí. Aparentemente cierran a las 8:00 pm (esto es una nueva hora de cierre, porque normalmente es a las 10 pm los viernes). La chica que trabaja allí me dio la excusa barata de que para cuando atiendan a la gente dentro de la tienda serían las 8:00 pm. Alrededor de las 8:10 pm la chica que trabaja en Cold Stone Escorial que me negó el acceso a mí y a otras 3 personas, dejó entrar a una muchacha y le dio el servicio que ella nos negó, y esta muchacha llegó cuando ya estaban cerrrado , nosotros mientras tanto llegamos antes de la hora de cierre y nos negaron. El personal en esta ubicación( Cold Stone Escorial) ha empeorado y no es la mejor para servicio al cliente.

I went to buy ice cream and when I arrived it was 7:40 pm, they slammed the door in my face with 3 other people behind me.
