Three strikes you’re out!
Strike one: Tried the new mobile app, who doesn’t like free food, eventually. Parked then walked inside to pickup my order. Some staff just standing around while one girl was actually making the order. The counter was dirty, no customers eating inside, floor was sticky. 10 minutes later got my food. They said next time you can go through the drive thru.
Strike two: mobile app again, drive thru, took forever. Sitting at the order speaker, after 5 minutes no one came. Thought the speaker was broken. Girl at the window said I had to drive around and park in the “to go” parking. Did. Sat there 10 more minutes, food was brought out. It wasn’t even hot or fresh.
Ball: got a sausage biscuit at the drive thru. Took forever. Was there only one guy working there? Did he have to cook the food, too? Biscuit was hot and fresh.
Strike three: Thursday a little before 6pm. Deleted the app, they’re too slow. Waited over 20 minutes just to order. There were 4 cars ahead of me. While still waiting to order, with no car ahead of me, saw a staff member standing at the drive thru window. Looking at me for several minutes. Is the speaker not working, should I just pull up? No, it worked for all the other customers. Finally ordered, Classic bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, onions and Mayo only and a medium Chocolate Frosty.
Get to the take out window, wait and wait another 6 minutes. Get the food and the frosty. It doesn’t look like a medium! Girl had walked away. I say, “hey!” No one acknowledges me. Another staff looked at me but did nothing. I honked my horn. First girl ignores. I honk again, twice. Finally she comes back I say, “this isn’t a medium!” She replied, “yes it is, they’ve changed it.” I drive off cursing.
Poor service, and each time no receipt was ever given.
I get home and the order for the $7 sandwich isn’t even correct. See pictures. And it wasn’t hot. It wasn’t fresh. After 25 minutes waiting it should have been good. It was not.
Wendy’s your mobile app isn’t good, your staff are indifferent and apparently management doesn’t care. You won’t get any more of my money.

Read moreIs zero star was an option this is what I would have selected me and my boyfriend came to Wendy's last night around 9:30 and we're told there was no more nuggets. We totally understand things happen and food is running out so when we get to the window we just asked instead of having double fries can we just have a fry and one chili and the gentleman asked the manager he comes back and tells us the manager said no. I kindly asked why not and if I can just speak with the manager cuz I would really like to understand why not. He responds absolutely let me ask the manager she refuses to show her face and come and talk to me and hides behind the counter. He comes back telling me she said no she's not going to do it for us and that she does not want to talk to us. Instead of just working with us we decided not to get the food at all and we were about to spend over $20. This is the last time we would ever come to this location do not come here unless you want to be mistreated the manager looked like she was Hispanic with dark hair I will be sure to come back and catch her name if she is still working for this company I will even get a picture of her and let everyone know not to come here because of her...
Read moreA friend of mine and I were together for dinner tonight (April 7) and decided we wanted a Frosty so we made the trip to this location to get one. Absolutely everything possible went wrong. The young man who was on register gave me attitude every time I asked for something. He didn't even ask what size I wanted on my Frosty and just rang it in as a small. When I asked for a medium instead he gave me a look, pushed a few buttons, and ultimately didn't change it to a medium and left it as a small.
And then the chocolate Frostys were apparently too liquidy and they offered us a vanilla instead. Not what I wanted but I accepted anyway, I just wanted to get home. When I did finally get home, I didn't even have the right sandwich. The only thing they got right was the grilled chicken part.
Needless to say, I'm incredibly disappointed. Every time I've gone there in the past my experience has been just great. The food's been hot, the Frostys have been creamy, and the service has been great. Maybe it has something to do with the evening employees, as this is the first time I've gone there for dinner, but who knows. Either way, I probably won't be back for...
