So i come in the day before this post. I buy the 2 gyros for 7 bucks. Comes out to 7.50 after tax. But then the very next day. Not even 24 hrs later i go in to buy the same exact thing in every way. And some how it's 8 cents more. This was after waiting for almost 4 misn even though no customers were inside and like 1 maybe 2 in the drive through. As someone who has worked the fast food industry I know for a fact that some entirely illegal goin on and they are scammin or uncharging. 100% without doubt that is illegal. There is no way in hell the price changes that fast for for deal that doesnt change. And the tax rate is specific. So there is no way that happened unless someone does something nefarious or wrong. So yeah... if you like havin your money stolen or you lied to and charged extra for nothin or without being told yeah go here. I tried to call to speak with the management and no one answered. I know without doubt and for a fact this action that took place is impossible. The young Hispanic chick no idea what her name was didnt see a tag if there was i was too baffled by the attempt to uncharge or steal my money even if by 8 cents. Thank goodness i pay attention and didnt pay and walked out. She needs to be fired or not allowed to run the registrater. This happened on the 21st of june at like 11:55 am sat. So yeah i probably won't come back cause i don't support places that steal lie and scam. Damn shame too cause Arby's needs the business bad they don't get enough business anyway and are i can be almost certain are losin money due to lack of sales. So it dont help when the employees are either stealin scamming or dont know what they are doin and stoppin folks in their tracks from makin any purchase from the businesses regardless if its a franchise or a corp own.    Read moreFood was actually pretty good. The window interaction was a bit odd and uncomfortable but we got our bags. However, after I got back home and unpacked everything I found I was missing a sandwich. I called the location with no answer (or actually rang for several minutes before I gave up). I drove back up to the location and explained the situation and it got a little weird again. Apparently they didn't entirely believe that I hadn't received the item but went ahead and replaced it.
I have had restaurants forget items or get food in the wrong bags. (I've been handed another customers order out the window more than once at various restaurants) and I know it will happen again. Its just part of the "fast" in fast food but I don't think I should be made to feel uncomfortable for asking that the issue is corrected. It definitely is an honor system thing but its that or I start checking bags before I drive off and slow the line down.
Overall, great food but very uncomfortable customer service at the window. I would go back to this location in the future but I will stop to check my food before I pull...

I got my bag of food and drink and pulled over into the parking lot to eat quickly and get back to my day. I looked in the bag of food and there was an extra sandwich. Then I looked at the receipt. And was charged for this extra sandwich. So I pulled back through the drive thru. I calmly explained the situation and handed the extra sandwich back expecting a refund for the sandwich I was charged for but did not order. So then the manager walks up and offers a free sandwich card and no refund. I donât have time to sit around and argue. So I drove off. It wouldnât have been a free sandwich anyways.
