Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Carrollton

I never take the time to review something on Google but this Domino's was that bad. 3 hours after placing the order online and a few phone calls to check up on it I decide to just go pick up the one single cheese pizza I ordered. The guy I talked to on the phone the third time was kind of apologetic and said I wouldn't get updates on my order since I ordered online (never a problem with the other Domino's in town and the confirmation email clearly states that I would be contacted by the store if anything changes) and said they would work something out when I get there. I show up to 3 employees working. The only guy working there looked busy so one of the girls tried helping me out but couldn't find the pizza. After a few minutes of searching she talks to the other girl who was apparently the manager and was told that the pizza was out for delivery. Communication is terrible at this location and I will never deal with them again. How does a manager not immediately come out and apologize for the inconvenience. I wasn't looking for free food and didn't care about the wait if I knew about it, I just didn't want to hear after telling you that I'm driving up there to pick the pizza that you just sent it out with your driver for delivery. I ordered my food online and I even called ahead of time to make sure my order would be right and I got the food not to soon after. The delivery guy was on the phone majority of the time and he kept dropping his phone which. More than likely caused the pizza to become even worse. It is beyond greasy and the pizza has not been cut it is unorganized and beyond a absolute hot mess the twisted knots were burnt and the pasta was scarce.. the manager told me all she could do is give me store credit she refused to give me a refund because she claimed they don’t give refunds unless the food wasn’t given or it was canceled. She gave me store credit for only the pizza and the twisted knots. I will be calling cooperate and receiving a full refund this is the second time I have had a problem with this establishment. They will not be receiving my service any longer!I pAid over 28 dollars for this mess !!! Terrible service do not go here! The grease is even leaking from the box. I don’t even think the manger believed me she even told me if I come down there they could re-do the meal, but I am disabled and this would be extremely hard for me. I order extra cheese and don't get extra cheese. no garlic butter on crust. Told by the store that "that is extra cheese." Very disatisfied with quality of order and they don't seem to want to fix it. Customer service doesn't seem to care either. Told "bring it back to store and we will decide if it's incorrect." Will be contacting corporate. Had this issue too many times. Will be going elsewhere for pizza from now on even though we are frequent customers. I love Domino's pizza. I don't love this specific locations quality of food or customer service.

Update: After returning to the store and having to argue to get our order fixed we got our extra cheese pizza. Jacob the cook is very full of himself and doesn't seem to care when he makes customers unsatisfied. 2nd pic is of extra cheese pizza. Me and husband both have 8 plus years of customer service experience ourselves. We wouldn't be complaining if this was the first occasion of bad service or bad food quality. We have had several occasions of bad food quality now. The lack care from these workers is unreal. We will no longer frequent...
