Dream City Brewing Company — Restaurant in Carrollton

Enjoyable brewery! Carrollton now boasts three spots…Dream City, Local Ties, and Printer’s Ale. All three are worth visiting making Carrollton an unofficial beer destination. Had a flight and a few full pours, so I drank every beer currently available on tap. The space itself is nice, and the staff are very attentive. Bathrooms smell and look clean, there’s a water station, and stickers cost $2.50 a piece. The only downside was being mobbed by three flies while sitting on the patio. They were landing on me like I owed them money. I couldn’t find a dumpster so not sure where they originated from, but the flies were annoying enough to move me inside. Dream City has a small menu of coffee, tea, and beer and that’s it—because they know what they’re doing when they make your drink. They don’t need overflowing options when they can deliver excellence.

I am so glad they are open! Love the cold brew and cold foam. The chai iced latte and the mocha latte are also delicious! Great prices!
