Dream Lounge — Restaurant in Carrollton

There is no better place where you can get affordable and tasty food and premium hookah! I haven’t been anywhere in DFW where I can get a hookah + full meal + drink for so cheap.

Also, I found about them through Instagram @dreamlounge_dfw as they are giving away free Iftar / Dinner for all 30 days with no purchase required! I mean who does that nowadays? So I went and tried it out myself to see if this was true, these owners and staff have the heart of Gold - there was at least 100 plates they served with chicken sandwiches, fries, fruits, dates and even pizza slices all on the house. And not only that they had free water bottles and they gave seconds to anyone wanting to eat more. There was also a prayer area. It was so hard to believe in inflation times they are giving away free food all 30 days doesn’t matter who you are as long as you sit and eat with them.

I spoke to the guy in charge there and asked him if I could leave some tip or donations and he told me to donate it to a charity of my choice and I just have no words of how humble and thoughtful these owners are.

So I decided to stay back so I somehow support their business and got a small pizza, hookah, and their famous chai (best I’ve ever had)! And my bill was like $40 and honestly even the small pizza someone could’ve shared with me so two people can technically come and enjoy a pizza and a hookah and not break the bank!

They have a small kitchen so their orders do take a long time, but please be patient with them they honestly are very friendly and are customer centric and from what they told me will be expanding so they can deliver on the increased demand and cut down on the wait times.

Please give them a try - we need more businesses like this who give back to the...

Waiter comes to the table with no pen or paper and messes up our order multiple times. We ordered loaded fries which states on their menu “Topped with tenders, sauces, in-house masala and jalapeños—fries gone wild!” - they came out with mayo and ketchup and minimal cut up chicken tenders. When we confronted him about it, he said it was the same thing but no jalapeños lol. Please compare their menu photo with the actual dish we got. $12.99 for fries covered in ketchup and mayo.

We ordered two tandoori pizza rolls order and only received one. We ordered butter CHICKEN pizza and got paneer. When we confronted him about it, he just kept telling us that is what we ordered lol am I being gaslit by my waiter?

No drinks on our table at all even though we asked for water and smoothies. Waiter honestly just gave us so much attitude about his own mistakes. Maybe get a pen and paper my guy. I was gonna give this place two stars but the service was -10. One...

08/31/24: It’s my First time there (Friend invited me there). Tables and chairs are unorganized, although have tons of spaces and sitting area on the lounge area (outdoor) that feels chill, if during the nights (I’m there during the afternoon hours). DK if the service guy’s new owner or not, but he is very hard working, and the service is decent-to-good. Highly recommended hookah lovers in the area to visit there during the nights. Plenty of parking spaces nearby. Not too far from H-Mart Carrollton to shop at. Hookah is decent-to-good.

Recommend the owner or people that runs the place to reorganize the inside sitting tables-&-chairs, and as of the menus are sticky as other reviewers mentioned. Could reprint the menus to be smaller and to have clear-cover over them would be much nicer and cleaner scales. After all, I have it 4 stars.
