This is a horrible horrific place to be at. Every time I come here there’s one thing or the other negative experience. But thought that’s to be expected of a “Pakistani” place. But today they tested my last nerve. Workers and their service is awful they make you feel like you’re getting food for free or charity. We drove 30 mins to come here from Frisco and got there way before 10:45, stood at the register waited for someone to come out. At 10:45 someone came out and started taking the order at the end when I said 6 samosas. He said we can’t make samosas because it’s after 10:45pm. I showed him the time it was 10:46. He made us stand there for 15 mins arguing how he can’t make food over One minute. Oh did I mention I have already overlooked the presence of all the big cockroaches 🪳 in washrooms? Upon request of calling manager. They refused and continuously argued over 20 mins before calling her because I refused to leave without speaking with someone in charge. He blamed the manager Lareb for all this. He said she makes them refuse service to customers. His name was Teja. I have pictures and videos as a proof and planning on going beyond just a review. Good luck with health and food inspections coming your way!! For now just a preview of one casualty! I have a whole video.

I was looking for a fresh juice spot and stumbled upon this place. I went almost 10 minutes before closing, so I couldn’t try any hot food, but I got sugar cane juice, pista falooda, pista kulfi, and malai kulfi. I was not disappointed. The staff is friendly, especially Keerthi. ——————— I went again today to try their food.. and guess what? I was thrown an unnecessary attitude, which I didn't even order from a wierd blonde-haired-looking girl named LYRAAB(I hope that's her name). I hope she does something successful in her life first before thinking she is better than others. I have ordered Buffalo chicken pizza, and it’s not good at all. I told her the same, and she got offended, as if I asked for free food. The rest of the staff is very friendly, as I mentioned before. Keeping her aside, I’ve also ordered some orange juice, a shami kabob roll, Limca on the rocks, and a Zinger burger. You can skip the Limca drink next time. 👍 For Zinger burger. A big no for the pizza. On a whole its over priced for the food they serve

I had high hopes for Agha Juice, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning, making the overall atmosphere uninviting. We initially ordered papdi chaat, but instead, we were served only cholay. When we pointed this out at the counter, we were informed—only after asking—that they were out of papdi. While they replaced it with bun kabobs without charging extra, the lack of communication was frustrating. I had high hopes for Agha Juice, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning, making the overall atmosphere uninviting. and the popsicles for the kids tasted like basic grocery store ones—not exactly what you expect from a specialty dessert spot. The one saving grace was the falooda, which was quite good. It’s disappointing that there are so few Pakistani snack restaurants around, and when service and hygiene don’t match expectations, it makes it even harder to find a reliable spot. Sadly, this place isn’t for me.

From the below 5 Star review that I provided ~ 11 months ago, I am downgrading my rating for this place to 1 Star due to the following recent experiences:

Over the last few months, the quality of food has drastically gone down. Kachori with Tarkari - The Tarkari is pre-made and SPOILT. They just re-heat to excessive temperatures. The moment it cools down, you start getting the smell and taste that its spoilt food. Snacks cannot be customized and there is excessive tamarind sauce that they add. It cannot be customized because as per the gentleman at the counter, "its already made". So basically, they just re-heat the things even for a snack and give it. My favorite and their trade mark Samosa came with SPOILT curry inside (what a shame). As soon as you enter the place, there is unbearable stench (just cannot imagine their cleanliness during COVID times). I tried to give the feedback multiple times at the counter. But as is the wont of people running such places, the gentleman at the counter is always in plain denial. Earlier review: One of the best places I have visited till date. Their Burger and Kachori with Tarkari are super tasty!

The place gets busy from late in the evening. Wish they had more spread out...

Outside, you hear the sound of music, which to me was welcoming. When looking through the window, you see that this place is a place if hanging out with friends and families, which makes it even more welcoming, but entering the restaurant it's poor, at best. When you enter and look around, you would see people telling at each other, tables not clean, and the ground filled with used napkins that no one decided to throw away. Fortunately, for most people, there is a Pray Room. However, I could not see a sign for the bathroom or any indication of a bathroom. Now, to the food, to which I say, "Get the desserts!" The Pakistani traditional desserts are amazing! They have Faloodas and kulfies of all kinds. They do have other desserts that are typical American desserts, but this restaurant is meant for their Pakistani traditional desserts. If you do want the main course (the burgers, bun kabab, or bhoti roll), from what I've tried, DO NOT get the Kirachi Burger. The taste is bland and doesn't seem to give a lot of flavor for how much ingredients they seem to put on it. By the way, the burgers are big (3-4 inches in radius). The wait time varies depending on what you order and the time of day. Now, if you plan to eat in the restaurant (by the way, they do have take-outs), you'll notice that the chair are wobbly and the sofas have...
