Highly recommend! Store kept all clean, testers are maintained clean as well. Customer service is amazing! This is my third time coming here. Everytime I come here, they treat me with special care. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful but Never push for anything. I went in today to buy my friend’s gift. I gave price range and she helped me to make best decisions based on my friend’s age and possible skin concerns. She also assisted me to get the best deal of the store. So I got a huge discount! She also gave me premium samples (Three Laneige items). I got registered for VIP members today using one of their promotion. Customer service is bad here, the younger lady was really nice, helpful, sweet but her English not soo good but the older skinny lady she's soo lazy don't want to help and gave a bad attitude. Spend several hundreds here and i asked her to wrap the shampoo set she replied "I don't have time" lmaoo really? Store was dead no customers and she soo lazy. What kinda service is that?? Dont want to sell products or assist why be at the shop for?? Bought 2 sets of skincare and asked for assistance she say she dont know and then ask for samples she say dont have any?? Omg, will not recommend or return to this lazy shop workers with not good customer service. No wonder the shop is dead no customers...
