I believe this is a Pakistani restaurant or serves Pakistani cuisine, and I am simply in love with their dishes!
We ordered the Pav Bhaji, Naan bread, and Chicken Tikka Masala. First of all, it was my first time trying Pav Bhaji and I was not disappointed. When you go to order they will ask you if you want the bread as garlic bread or butter bread, and I chose the butter bread. The dish comes with 2 butter buns sliced in half so you get 4 pieces in total, and along that you get a curry/ gravy like item which is too good! I do not know what it consists of but it is amazing!
Next we tried the Chicken Curry Masala and Naan. This was also excellent! The masala and Naan both are a bit oily. The masala comes with 5-6 big pieces of Chicken and the gravy is one of the best I ever had!
Finally we ordered chai which was also excellent and very cheap at only $1.
Some of the cons of the restaurant are service and cleanliness/ environment. There is hardly ever a staff who is ready to take your order. We had to wait around 15 minutes before finding someone to order. The staff are very nice and cordial but they might try to speak with you in Urdu if you are remotely Indian looking, and I do not understand Urdu!
The place is not that great looking and we saw leftovers at some tables for a while and some tables were dirty so we had to clean our table ourselves. If these cons can be eliminated I would rate it a 5 star experience!
I will come back...

Absolutely Horrible – Never Going Back!
I can't believe how much my experience at this restaurant has changed in just five years. I used to love it, but today, November 17, 2024, was a total letdown. The food was awful, and the prices were outrageous.
I ordered two bone-in chicken orders and four samosas. The samosas were decent and reasonably priced at $6, but that’s where the good part ended. The total bill came to $34.62, and when I subtracted the $6 for the samosas, I was left with $28.62 for the chicken. What did I get for that amount? Just four tiny pieces of chicken legs. No rice, no bread, no sides—just a few sad onion rings and some slices of tomato. For $28.62, I expected a full meal, not a few bones on a plate.
That works out to $7.15 per piece of chicken. $7.15 for a tiny chicken leg? Seriously? Do they think people are paying top dollar for just a few pieces of meat? When I asked the girl behind the counter about it, she gave me a piece of bread—like that somehow made it all okay. It didn’t.
This place has clearly gone downhill, and I won’t be back. The food was tasteless, the portion sizes were laughable, and the price was absurd for what you get. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. It’s not worth your...
Read moreFirstly, its not Kwality it's called Saima's Kitchen (on the receipt). Next, I ordered 3 Pan falooda's for takeout. While falooda's were being prepared, I accidentally saw the owner Saima smelling the noodles making sure they weren't bad, without wearing any gloves (not sure why I still took it, feel gross after thinking about it again). After preparing it she gave me the falooda's with straw and spoons. The spoons and straws had a lot of dust on them. Once I reached home I wanted to make sure before consuming that the falooda's were good. And they tasted of rotten eggs. Called the restaurant immediately to ask for refund and the owner first didn't agree to the food being bad but upon insisting that the falooda's were bad, she literally tried all the things she put into the falooda again and told me that a green syrup they put in had gone bad. She agreed to refund the money but couldn't instantly refund it as she had to call her customer support to get the refund issued, they finally issued it after a week after I went in again personally. Never going again to this place. Cleanliness, Atmosphere & Food quality of the restaurant needs to be improved a...
