I am honestly starting to consider not eating at this place anymore because of the service from a manager that I got the other day ( The older lady with black glasses dark hair with gray hair sprinkled through out). I placed a mobile order and it had two biscuits but when I check the bag after driving away from the drive-thru there was only one. I thought no big big deal I was just walking let them know hey my biscuit didn't get put in the bag on accident and that would be that but that sadly didn't end up being the case. I went up to the front I was asked "what do you need" in a very rude manner buy one of the cashiers that were working drive-thru and front service area. I tried to explain to them that there wasn't a biscuit in my bag when I ordered two biscuits and I'm just missing a biscuit. I had the receipt and I handed the front cashier the bag. Then the manager started going off "what did you do with the other biscuit what did you do with the other biscuit where's the other biscuit!!!!!!!!" I tried to explain to her that there was only one missing biscuit but she kept accusing me of taking the biscuit out of the bag myself when I had just left the drive through and literally not a minute I was literally the previous car that they had at the drive-thru window. Read moreSecond time using app to order here in about 6 months. Each time the staff was atrocious. Lady working the front register and drive-through (believe it or not the freaking mgr!) finally asked me if she could after letting me stand at the register for almost 5 minutes. I tell her I have an app order so she looks at the hanging tickets and says “Oh, you have chicken too; you’ll have to wait 7 minutes.” Mind you I ordered like 10 mins BEFORE get’n there. Noticing the grimaced look on my face, she then proceeds to berate me to the other guests who were also waiting for their food to be prepared stating “You can get mad all you want! I’m understaffed so what do you want from me?” Again, I hadn’t said a word to her other than answer her “Can I help you” question. I then ask if she was talking to me to which she mumbled something and retreated to the back of the store. The Uber driver then said to me “You didn’t even say anything to her for her to respond like that.” I agreed and asked how long he’d been there; it was 5 mins. Read moreOkay so first thing first things first.. this resteraunt is the exact opposite of being disgusting. The building itself is beautiful and the atmosphere was spectacular! Service was pretty good, nothing was wrong with the service. Sadly I have no idea who the employee's name served me for today but they were nice and they were pretty chill! It came out pretty quick under 15 minutes but the meal came out pretty hot, which is a good thing. Though there weren't many employees and only about 2 worked there, it was still good but I still feel bad for this location, it looked pretty empty.. The food in all honesty is the best part, our order didn't come out as wrong and I received it the way I expected it to be. It was hot and the burger tasted exactly like a burger. It was SO good! The fries were decent to be honest. Only thing I would like to point out is that the music they play with is a station located far away from where I live in.. yeah I didn't expect that but overall I love this location, and I will come back.
