Their sandwiches are okay. I have had their healthy chicken salad sandwich, their meatball sub, and their club. Their sandwiches are best served hot. If not, they show their quality. They offer a nice assortment of chips. They also have an extensive collection of about 30 or 40 bottles of sauce (like tabasco and many others). This sandwich place is about at the same level and price point as Subway. I would probably rank Jimmy John's slightly higher for quality of ingredients and freshness. On my most recent visit, the Labor Day coupon wasn't working, so getting rung up at the cash register was unpleasant and confusing. It would be a 5 star for me but the so called manager with blonde haired older lady she was wearing a grey shirt and black shorts has no respect for her employee's. I've been in the restaurant industry for 6 years and I never had a manager talk bad about with other employee's. I was sitting there trying to eat and the girl that was sweeping the floor and she made a commit to other employee's, how long will it take her to sweep the floor. The t.v. Commercials WAAAAAY over sell this stores product. If you like paying $11 for a " six inch subway" comparison large sandwich with chips, annnnnnnd like being ignored for five minutes until the rude college students take your order(with a disrespectful attitude) then this is the place for you. The menu is ridiculously over priced, confusing, and don't even think about asking for help from one of the employees unless you like being made to look stupid.
