Read moreI ordered the sampler platter for me and my wife. We frequent the location in Richardson, and love it. This was our first and only Carrollton experience. Basically they left out the humus and served me dolmas with human hair in them. When i tried to rectify the issue they offered to refund the dolma. Okay so thats $1 dollar on a $50 dollar meal and did not give me confidence to want to eat it. So basically I spent $50 for me and my wife to have a lovely mother's day meal and neither of us wanted to eat any of it because of the quality issue of the hair.
I mean if you are so sloppy as to allow hair in your food, how careful are you about more serious issues like covid 19 precautions. Plus we did not even get what we ordered.. missing humus, not that we would have ate it after the hair.
The grub hub csr wanted a picture of the hair, i told him i could take my trash bag into the restaurant but i wasn't digging it out. If this had been a sit diwn experience it would have been quickly taken care of, but because the server would have seen, but given it was a curbside pickup.. which incidentally i had to go into the restaurant to get it, i was basically robbed of my $50.
So no, no, it was not a good experience. I am just hoping i do not contact anything from the hair...

I entered the restaurant and loved the open space and intimacy. There were a nice amount of four seater tables inside and outside. A couple of televisions were playing and it was just a nice and comfy environment. I checked out their specials by the register and decided to get their chicken gyro and a side salad. On Mondays their gyros are just $5! Such a great price and you get a pretty good sized sandwich! The gyro was super fresh and full of flavor. The chicken was warm and grilled to perfection! There was a nice mix of vegetables, sauce, and spices. The sandwich was such a good size that my friend and I split it.
The salad was also a great size. I love that the salad had pickled relish and a dollop of potato salad on top. It was fresh as well and tossed in a light dressing.
The staff continuously checked on us and bussed our table. They made no rush for us to leave and it just felt okay to hang out. I definitely plan to come back and take advantage of their...
