HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH RACIAL PROFILING! I have been to Buffalo wild wings multiple times at many different locations. My service here was absolutely bad. The bartender Hanna was slow in greeting me. I waited an extremely long time for the food myself. No offer of extra napkins or condiments simply walked by me. She seemed in a bad mood which i understand maybe some people are having a bad day. So I just continued to finish my food.I invited a friend to come join me and watch the NBA game with me and I ordered ONE beer. When he arrives 9:20 pm he orders ONE beer as well along with some food as well. She takes the order still not in a friendly way but we don't make a big deal of it. We even tried to make conversation with her about the color of my jacket try to cheer her up. While we are waiting for our food we order ONE drink each thats 2 total for each of us. Here's the twist now to my visit here. It takes 40 min for this food to come out she doesn't acknowledge us at all saying sorry for the delay we ask her if its coming out she says "yea soon" in a very hateful manner. At this point we are just frustrated with the whole experience! Still we decide to pay our tabs LEAVE A TIP and go. Its 10:38 PM and after paying i go to the bar and ask for 2 more shots before we leave. SHE DOES NOT EVEN TURN AROUND AND ACKNOWLEDGE ME OR RESPONDS JUST WAVES HER HAND AT ME!! On top of that not only does she not serve me but she goes and gets the manager who approaches our table too check if we are "good" because we had more than 2 drinks in less than an hour period!!! I have never been approached by any manager in all the years I have been to BWW especially after just one beer and a shot and I was there for 2 hours and my African American friend for over an hour!! She simply decided we were no longer good enough for her to serve us and tell her manager to deal with us! I am outraged at what happened tonight!! We were not loud or obnoxious nor caused any problems to any patrons around us! So she decide to basically not serve us any longer for no reason! I strongly believe we were racially profiled tonight and the manager did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make us feel right or better about the situation!! We took our business and left and I promise out of all the years I have given money to this company I will NEVER eat here again because of this! This location needs to do a better job of making guest feels like they are welcomed here! Meanwhile, two other tables were seated, served, and left before we received our food. The slow service was frustrating and puzzling given the restaurant wasn't busy.
After an hour, we asked for our check due to our growing dissatisfaction. We had to repeat our request to a different server, who was attentive and helpful. Her service was so refreshing that I tipped her directly via Cash App. A vexing moment was when we received our appetizer but had to request silverware, which arrived when our food was barely warm. Our server often ignored us while engrossed in his phone. When we finally spoke to the manager, thanks to the helpful server, Isabella, I voiced my concerns about the poor service. Unfortunately, the manager seemed indifferent, reinforcing my impression of a lack of customer focus at this location.
This wasn't an isolated incident. On an earlier occasion, I had a negative experience during a pickup order where I received incorrect items and met a dismissive attitude. I am now voicing my dissatisfaction with this Buffalo Wild Wings location. The extended wait times, lack of attention to customer needs, and indifference from both server and management are unacceptable. This experience tested my belief that servers should always receive a 20% tip. On this occasion, I left a note saying, "Do Better."
In conclusion, I recommend other customers consider a different Buffalo Wild Wings location. This one has consistently underperformed in service and customer care. Even if a promotion like 'Buy One, Get One' is tempting, the service quality at this branch might ruin your experience. I hope this review prompts an improvement in service. I have noticed the management team uses a standard template for their replies to one-star ratings. If the manager is reading this, I have already submitted a form on the website. Service. Visited Sept 9 for the Razorback watch party. Dining room was approx. 25% full. Our server, Haley did a fine job and was on top of things but as the dining room became slightly more busy she could not keep up. During the 3rd quarter waited 15 minutes to order 10 medium traditional wings. They arrive 30 minutes later, cold and hot sauce, not medium. I didn't touch them. When Haley eventually came back I asked for her to take them off the check and bring our bill. Bill came at she took off some odd $12 amount, but not the full $14.99. There was also a charge for āhatch quesoā that we never even ordered. I asked again for the bill to be corrected. She removed the queso charge but not the full amount for the wings. She re-ran it a second time and again, the full $14.99 charge was not removed. As we were leaving I asked for a manager. A woman with dark hair came and introduced her a self as the manager. I explained the issues and she said āIām sorry that happenedā. The bill was still approximately $3 higher as the wings werenāt fully removed and she offered to re-run the bill a third time but wewere already committed to leaving. She didnāt seem to acknowledge or care that we were Razorback fans who come every week. And my wife and I spend $$$. She said āitās early season and we are working on things. Menās bathroom. Inn past years has been clean and functioning, not recently. Only one sink works, soap dispenser empty both weeks and urinal had garbage in it this week. The tall urinal also sprays when flushed. (Could have been due to the garbage in it.) Food quality. Inconsistent quality on consecutive visits. Example: Fried pickles are sometimes hot and crispy, other times mushy and stuck together. Wings can be smothered in excess sauce. Wings on last visit were swimming in the wrong sauce and were delivered COLD. How does this...
