BEST WINGS IN CARROLLTON GEORGIA!!! IF YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE YOU MUST LOVE DISAPPOINTMENT!! My only issue with this establishment is when we placed an order ($100) on 8/10/19 and our order was not correct after two phone calls and a trip back up there, we were told to call back Monday...I called back Monday and spoke to Willie who refused to accept that he unintentionally messed up the order but instead began to tell me that I was lying and only wanted him to refund my money! This was most definitely not the case at all and I told him I only wanted them to correct the mistake by replacing what was wrong with my order (25 Wings & Fries). He down right refused and stated that he would do nothing. Never ever have I experienced such rudeness from this place! Normally they are nice and the orders is always correct. I get it, mistakes happen and I only wanted replaced what I did not receive. After this experience I will be more diligent in making sure I have received my entire order the way that I want it before leaving the store!! Still the best wings in town just subpar service...

I advise anyone not to order food through delivery services from this restaurant. I ordered through Grubhub. The driver called me to tell me that they didn’t start making my order until after the delivery driver showed up because they didn’t want to risk being stuck with an order in case the driver didn’t show up. So my order was delayed significantly; another hour. I felt so bad for the driver having to wait an excessive amount of time that I gave her a extra tip when she arrived with the order. She could have made another 1 or 2 deliveries during the time she spent waiting to pick up my order. Not only was there an unnecessary delay, they gave me the wrong sandwich!!!! I waited all that time to receive my food and didn’t even get what I ordered. Highly disappointed with this...

Since the re-opening, I've been met with nothing but perfect service. The wings are to die for, and the head manager Joe knows everything in the world about what he's doing. Everybody is on point with food prep and when they give you a time, that means it'll be done on time. Call ahead, and give them 15 minutes and your food will be ready.
