Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Carrollton

Let me start this right Thank You Heavenly Father for blessing me to be here on this Earth One More Day. Moving right along with my experiences it's been awhile since I've been on here I've been so busy with family issues if you can understand where I'm coming from. It brings back memories when I go to Taco breno I gave them a three-point star because of when I finally went home to eat my tacos and I also I like a little beans every now and then my chili sauce wasn't on my beans I specify the way I wanted my beans to be and end up with my beans was still wrong. So I was very disappointed I was going to go back to talk to the manager but I didn't want to deal with it at the time. I just wasn't in the mood of going back and go through all that. I don't want you to not to go because I had a experience that wasn't right at the time for me. Everyone experiences at different places on different some on your experience or good and some are bad that's life. This is what I'm going to do for now on hopefully someone will understand this always check your food and make sure that it is the way you wanted to be. That was my fault I didn't check my food I learn from my mistakes I have to deal with it that is on my part. But I do enjoy Taco breno sometime will I go back again yes I will next time I know better. What I can say is the person who took my order was very polite to me. Hopefully someone understand what I am trying to say and maybe comment in a good way God bless everyone have a wonderful rest...

I eat this place at least 15 times a month. Out of all the Taco Buenos I've eaten at this one on Frankford is the worst. I decided to order online which was really convenient and there was an option to either pick-up inside or drive thru, I chose DT since I had my kid with me. Get to the drive thru and let him know I had an online order he dryly said "come inside." I then said I asked to pick up in the drive thru again he said come in...I backed out and went in for him to quickly hand me my food. Looked at my food and my nachos were skimpy looking after I ordered extra taco meat and queso...go none of that. I was furious with the employee who had a brace on his hand. He was rude and unfriendly to a patron who frequented there often. I will...

This review is not about the food quality. I have been a customer of this company and this location for many years. This is about food safety 3/12/2020. Crystal clear that we have a virus pandemic and basic soap is essential. The men’s room soap dispenser was smashed and on the floor. I went to the counter to order and told the employee about the soap, and also told her the hand sanitizer sitting on the counter in front of her was empty. No response No blinking of the eyes. I looked over and could easily view the employee hand wash station. It appeared to be bone dry. Both soap dispensers hanging above the sink looked empty, no sanitation. She is handling cash, food, and obviously not washing her hands. I will not go back to this...
