I am a legally blind customer that orders twice a month from the same location until today. Didn't feel like cooking submitted online order at 5:30 p.m. For a delivery order from this store 3065 N Josey Ln #82, Carrollton, TX 75007. At 5:55 I received text message for tracking my order at 6:15 I received a message saying my order is out for delivery I waited close to an hour when I called the store Mario answered the phone very polite come and well-mannered he looked at my order said the driver had left already it should be there any minute if not to give him a call back 20 minutes later I called back said hey still don't have my food he was very diligent to try to find out why I don't have my order without much of the manager's help Mario got back on the phone and said he had just found out that the store doesn't deliver to my address anymore there's no explanation no we're online did I get a notification the driver did not try to contact me no customer service along the way except for Mario with even dealing with a frustrated customer he kept his cool very professional thank you so much Mario but Pizza Hut pick up the slack that's bad business I'm expecting food and messages from the company saying my food is on the way somewhere along the lines communication failed and as a customer I have to take the brunt of that:-( sad day...
Read moreI was ordering 300.00 worth of pizza twice a moth here. Pizza was over 45 minutes late. So we called and spoke with Nick. He said he was the General Manager of the store. I doubt it but anyway when I have one of my managers call to check the status of the order Nick says he had mutiple large orders like mine and it would "get there when it gets there." Like he could care less it was 45 minutes late and acted like I was bothering him by checking on the order. How do you stay in business talking to customers like that. Nick you need to remember how important it is to treat your repeat customers good. Your a manager and held to a higher standard especially when dealing with your stores repeat big ticket customers. Read moreI give this place a 4 star rating! Didn't get 5 stars simply because my pizza wasn't HOT, but it was flipping great! I'd love to post a picture!! Lol. I'm eating as I post...I couldn't wait! The young girl who took my order (2 medium pizzas any topping 6.99 ea.) was nice & took her time to explain new pizza choices & combo prices. My pizza arrived on time (30-40 minutes) just like she said. My pizzas are awesome!!! So cheesy & the crust has a butter & garlic glaze that makes the whole pizza that much better. Tonight I chose the leave my review because I'm completely satisfied over all. I have an oven & I heated up my pizza, no big deal at all.
