Ruth, I know what customer your talking about, he's a regular, and speaks English, RACIST! as far as one stop goes, , these guys was always there for me from my very worst to well my current state..... but FOUR YEARS! they have served me! not once have I seen them be racist Yes, they hate theft! Why would you steal from Boss man!? "I work for you," boss man. You gotta love it when you walk in and he starts making loud random noise! telling me "Thank you for ur businesses" one time a convention store tried to open across the street, boss man put them outta business in 3 months. Sam was also always there for me! He would always keep my keys and phone or debit card up there whenever I left then in a drunken supper. his laughter in the morning was legendary. As far as Old Man Rivers, I've know been knowing him 7 years, I nearly see him every day, morning before work. HES A VETERAN! FROM NAM! Show some respect! and be sure to tell him "welcome home" Also recently Danny burned his legs very badly!

Typically always stopped here to get what I needed..Until today, there was an older hispanic man (doesn't speak English) in front of me choosing his scratch offs and apologized for taking too long . I was like it's okay don't worry . And the old man that works there in the mornings said "no it's not , he's been here to damn long" . Made me really angry ..you work there , how are you going to say that in front of customers? They need to get rid of that guy if he's not happy...

THIS IS WAS A GOOD SHOP, UNTIL I TODAY THAT I HAD AN INCIDENT WITH ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES THERE. I HAD MADE A WIRE TRANSFER AND CAME ACROSS AN ISSUE AND NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO IT, OR CANCEL . THE MAN THERE REFUSED TO BE HELPFUL INSTEAD HE RAISED HIS VOICE AT ME AND SAID THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME AND THAT I NEEDED TO HANDLE WITH SOMEONE ELSE. HE THEN PRETTY MUCH KICKED ME OUT OF THE STORE ALL WHILE REFUSING TO RETURN MY MONEY!!!!...
