My family and I make it a point to visit this store a couple of times a week. We have loved the products everytime but today, 05/02/2017 at approximately 6pm. My husband and I went there and ordered 2 large and 1 small mango and strawberry smoothies... Something we get every time we go up there. When watching the lady make the smoothies I noticed that she put a huge layer of ice at the bottom of the blender, barely any fruit, and then topped it off with a huge amount of ice again, way too much milk and a lot of suger. I didn't think anything about it because I don't work there and I am not gonna stop someone who "knows what they are doing". When we got the drinks home we put the straws in them and the drinks tasted so milky and sugary that they tasted like they had banana in them. We all three tasted it a couple of times and we swore that she made it bananas. So, my husband took them back up there, still full of product, and wanted them to be made again, the right way. Not only did they not want to make them again but they called the manager at home to see if they could. Really? We weren't looking for our money back... We were wanting what we paid for... What we get Everytime we come there. The manager instructed the employees to remake the drinks, but the lady didn't do so without verbally stating her thoughts about it. She clearly didn't want the customers to be satisfied. My husband returned home and we couldn't wait. We put our straws in our cups and even though these drinks were a lot better they had a hint of dirty water taste and were bland. We spend $15 for 3 drinks... U would think that we would get our money's worth without such a big fuss and also being left unsatisfied. We will make sure to visit the store when the gentlemen work because they know how to make things the right way and have way better attitudes...

So the lady at the cash register, had already swiped my card and she had even given me a receipt and the one of the ladies cleaning mopped under the register and apparently all her system shoot down and she said she had to swipe my card again because the transaction hadnāt gone through. I looked on my chase app and the transaction was there. I should it to the lady but she insisted that the transaction hadnāt gone through because they have had this problem before. (Well if itās happened before why donāt yāall try to avoid it from happening???) She said she would swipe my card again and if in a few days the two transactions would go through to come back and that she would give me a refund. at the time I didnāt want to argue with the lady so I said ok just swipe it again, that happened on Sunday and on Tuesday the two transactions were both withdrawn from my account. I just called my back and cancelled one of them because I didnāt want to deal with that lady again. It was obvious that the transaction had gone through. I will never step a...
