Wendy's — Restaurant in Carrollton

This Wendy’s is the absolute worst, ordered a Baconator no cheese very dry and cold, the other food we ordered was equally as bad and cold too ,we spent 26.00 , they were out of cheese because the truck had not been there, no excuse for this people in management not doing their job, nothing was said when we ordered that they were out of cheese , employees looked like they hadn’t taken a bath in days, everything was terrible, I guess Wendy’s no longer has a dress code, employees dressed in jeans jeans , nose rings in nose, absolutely disgusting. I will never go back to this location, the whole crew needs to be fired as well as the district manager for allowing this kind of crap , it’s no surprise that Chick-fil-A is #1 not only in the food category ,cleanliness and dress code, Wendy’s needs to take a closer look at themselves, I am sure Dave Thomas would be very disappointed with the way his restaurants are being run. I'm not sure why this is rated only 3.2/5 stars, but I honestly think this is the genuine opposite of it. This deserves more than just that.. This Wendy's is very clean and I like the atmosphere of it! I ordered myself a typical meal. The fries were seasoned well and it was crispy, the burger tasted pretty good, and the best part was that the sauces were mixed to make a perfect sauce combination to the burger. Likewise, service is decent and I actually have no complaints whatsoever from this specific establishment when it comes to service though they were busy making future orders for customers like me who want to make sure the food is fresh and not find flaws. They also got our orders correct as expected. This location also has outside seating as well which is a cool thing to see? The bathrooms were very clean too. Overall I'm going to return to this specific location, it's the best and I am glad we have at least something like this to an area like...

Management needs to get their staff under control. The girl who took my order was so completely rude completely displeased with having to do her job and took my order wrong. The girl at the window where you pay was so kind and fixed our order. I get to the pickup window where she comes hands the bags out doesn't speak and slams the window before I could even try and asl for condiments. I checked the food and had to get burgers remade because they were oozing mayonnaise. I go inside and try to tell the manager how rude the girl was and that we needed the burgers remade she couldn't have cared less. She turns around to "fix" our food and was whispering to the young black girl that was so rude and she started laughing and glaring at me. The entire experience was disgusting.
