Starbucks — Restaurant in Carson City

My husband just went through the drive thu this morning and ordered my coffee. (Venti mocha frappucino with extra mocha drizzle on the whip) the barista made a caramel frappucino and shoved it at him after my husband informed him it was the wrong one and argued with him. He finaly gave up he poured it out into another cup with all the caramel and poured the mocha drizzle all over it. My husband came home and told me what happened so I called and asked for the manager. I was informed he wasnt in, but I can talk to the supervisor. So I talked the supervisor. I told her what had happened and all we got back was a half assed apology and "are you even sure this is the right store?" we didn't get a receipt or the order number. We have been there many times and have never been treated so rudely. After alll that we called the corporate office and made a complaint. I honestly dont care he got my order wrong. What im upset about is how my husband was treated and how we were talked down to when we made a complant about the treatment we both hd recieved from the "workers"...

As a dasher, I had an order to pick up at this location. The young guy at the counter greeted me. I greeted him and told him who's order I was there for and asked him to confirm that the cake pops were in the bag. He said yes and hit the confirm button. I told him that I did a I reach for the order. This kid tells me, NO, you didn't and grabs the bag out of my hands. I stated a second time that I had confirmed the order. He tells me again that I didn't. I couldn't believe this punk was calling me a liar. I threw my phone on the counter and told him to confirm it then. He looks at the screen and says it is confirmed already and he shoves the order across the counter with ZERO APOLOGY for calling me a liar. I realize there are some really rude dashers out there however I've worked in the service industry the majority of my life and I am extremely patient with the staff as I have no idea how their day is going but to be called a liar by a rude batista at this establishment is down...

I ordered a iced macc with cold foam, went back to work, took the lid off to stir it, went to put the lid back on and barley touched it when the ENTIRE cup exploded and cracked in 3 different spots on the cup. So I went back into the store, told the lady helping me, her name is MEGAN. She was unbelievably RUDE and was questioning me and my story, I offered to show her pictures and she declined to see them. Told me once its out of their hands it not their problem. She did make me a new drink, and when she handed it to me she said, 'okay the cup and lid are fine right? Because once it's out of my hands we can't do anything. I go there literally EVERYDAY and she was completely rude and unprofessional. I will never go to this...
