Ok so let me be clear I absolutely love their menu everything that I've had so far is so friggin good. It's fresh and made to order when you get there. They do follow covid regulations and generally it's a solid cost.... But on 2 occasion I've visited I've had issues that no one is able to fix the problem. Both times were when it was somewhat busy. 1st time an problem happen I asked for the drink they make w/ colloidal silver in it. The young lady told me that they didn't make it. I said yes you do because I've gotten here before I just couldn't remember the name of it I now know that it is the covid-19 immunity drink but at the time I just asked for the one with the colloidal silver in it. Then she said oh okay she rings me up she tells me $25 and I'm like okay I didn't know it was that much but okay then I give her my card pay for it she comes with a bottle of colloidal silver I tell her this is not what I asked for I asked for the drink that you're establishment made with colloidal silver in it she proceeds to look at me with this dumb look one of her co-workers says it is the covid-19 immunity drink and it's $10. I was like that seems more like it then I say can I have that instead and she said well I've already rung you up for the colloidal silver and I said well just reimburse me and I'll pay for the drink she said we don't do returns. I said it's your fault that I have the wrong item and you don't know your menu and she proceeds to say I'm sorry but we don't do return you would think they would just make me the drink since I paid for colloidal silver and that's not what I asked for my second incident with them was when I ordered a large 24 oz green smoothie that comes with bananas and I asked them for No bananas and they were busy at the time I ate it up getting a 16 oz cup with banana and I paid for a 24 oz cup when I go to the counter to tell them this is the wrong order it was not a let me make you another one they just looked at me stupid. The smoothies, salads are fire!!! BUT!!! the service on the other hand SUCKS! Customer Service SUCKS.! The time it takes to get your drink/food SUCKS! The entire staff acts like they are so bothered when you come in. No hello, welcome, no smile, no nothing. Just bad attitude and rudeness. I never feel welcomed when I come here. I always try to support black owned businesses just because our people don’t have many business, but the staff here makes coming here very difficult. I believe these are family members working. Word of advice to owners… family members can sabotage a good thing. Hire people friendly people and get rid of the folks bring your business down before you’re out of business. Black-owned juice spot with very reasonable prices. We stumbled upon this place after visiting Go-Kart World, and I was stoked that there was a place that has 16 oz juice for $6. Had a cholesterol/anxiety flush and it was very fresh (they make it right in front of you). Credit cards accepted. Free parking available in the shared lot. There’s also food to-go.
