Pho Crystal 3 — Restaurant in Carson

I ordered pork spring rolls and checked with the person on the phone that it was indeed pork. I picked up my order and drove 20 minutes back home (40 min round trip) and when I got home ready to eat, I realized the spring rolls were all shrimp. Not pork. I called them hoping to get a refund because I did not feel like driving 40 minutes round trip just to get my order fixed. They didn’t even apologize. Not even once. Instead, they told me to bring the food in and they would change it for a new one. So I told them I live 20 minutes away and would prefer a refund. And they told me that if I wanted a refund, I would have to bring in the incorrect order as well as the card I paid with (which doesn’t make sense because I paid with Apple Pay?). So I made the drive over again. When I got there, there was no apology, no nothing. The man who seemed like the manager just completely ignored me and the girl, who seemed like a waitress just handed me my food and took the wrong order to the back. I didn’t get any kind of service, they did not refund my money whatsoever and just made me drive for over an hour to get some spring rolls. At the beginning everything was okay eating at this restaurant. I went back the second time there was so many little flies trying land on my food I felt really disgusted. I went back today and they didn't even attend me right they where not even closed that they told me that they where not taking any orders no more. I was really upset I had go some place else I never try out pho I really liked it felt so delicious to me all the vegetables and rice noodles so good and grilled meats I loved it. When I went back for a take out, so I can take my food home and eat at my place the serve rejected my order because he said that they where closed the restaurant wasn't even closed I was really upset. It was our first time at pho crystal 3. I ordered our food through grub hub pick up and the food was ready within 10, 15 minutes. When we arrived, the food was ready at the table. They had dining tent outside if people wanted to eat in. The food was so good!!! The spring rolls were fresh! The rice paper was soft and the peanut sauce was tasty. He got the combination pho and the broth was tasty, the noodles were fresh and the meat was plentiful. I got the vermicelli and the sauce had a good bite to it, the veggies were fresh and the noodles were fresh. I cannot over emphasize how fresh everything was.
