Been to place many times, sometimes good service most times bad. Always small portions of food. One time the lady in front of me was buying a kids meal box the server barely gave her any food and she said "that's it, that's all I can get?" The server said yes. She went to pay for the food and then said this is way too pricey for that amount of food and didn't want the order and left, she was not being rude. When she left the restaurant the servers made fun of her and said she should go eat chicken nuggets at McDonald's (in spanish). For some odd reason today, they would not give me my food without the email confirmation email in hand. They would not give me my order even by providing them my id or credit card. I bought to go food worth $15 bucks and the cashier asked me politely if I want to donated to their charities indeed I gave a donations. While waiting for my husband to pick me up ate 3 pcs of crab ragoons I bought to them.
