I shop for my husband at Burlington periodically in the big and tall section. The store is quiet and I usually find good deals. I gave the store 2 stars this time because of the customer service I received at check out. I greeted the associate with a hello and a smile. She said nothing. I took the liberty of removing the hangers before I got to the register. I ask her if the large shopping bags hanging on the wall were a dollar? She said I don't know. I folded my clothes before I got to the register. She unfolded them. I said nothing. A few other things transpired that reflected poor customer service and I remained silent. I assumed, she was having a bad day, and she is entitled to. So when she finished ringing my shopping bag I purchased and after I ASKED for the receipt. I said thank you. She said nothing. I have never been shopping at Burlington store before. Burlington store is located in the Southeast Pavillion Mall in Carson. Today, I decided to go shopping at Burlington store. When I went to the store, it was clean and maintain ok. I noticed that some of the shelf was empty. The inventories were not stocked well, and they were not organized. Their prices were very low. I found a cupcake pan for only $7.99. It was a good quality product, and it was pretty cheap. Also, I found a dog training pad. It was only $5.99 for 30 large pads. Burlington store has large collections of clothes which for the women, men & children. Also, various selections of shoes, hand bags and purses. Burlington store offered brand names of various selections of clothes. I liked their low prices and good quality products, and I enjoyed shopping there. Im a frequent buyer at this Burlington that is located at Southbay Pavillion honestly im going to stop coming here , I went in today and they dont let customers use the restroom when i asked the security he said i could go to the first floor and use the ones on the shopping center and when i headed down their was a rude dark skinned security lady which didnt have her name tag and looked at my small dog ugly (which i always bring leashed up) i just ignored her, but she proceeded to say dogs werent allowed in burlington or the mall and wanted to argue i told her that i had always come to shop to the store and no security or staff has told me dogs arent allowed , that they have allowed me then she called another security i just ignored her and left i wasnt going to argue with a close minded , rude elder person wich i know i didnt disrespect or do anything to and also didnt want to...
