Starbucks — Restaurant in Carson

Ordered a drink with no ice, was later given a drink with ice in it. When i returned it, they gave me another drink with more ice in it. I politely told them that i didnt want ice. The drive thru barista Lyssa told me that the first drink handed to me didnt have ice. I told her it did, i saw it. Then another barista in the back informed me that the drink is made with ice so ice cubes floating in the drink is normal. Ive ordered the same peach green tea lemonade with no ice for years and its never been a problem. I finally got my drink with no ice after someone repoured the drink and filtered out the ice. I was made to feel that i was asking for too much when ive heard other people order way more specific drinks. The drink didnt even look right. Clean store in small, busy strip mall, right off the fwy. Friendly employees but one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Drive-thru is always the fastest if you are in a hurry. Near my work, I frequent it occasionally. No matter what time (between 9 am to 6 pm) that I've been there, the wait is at least 7-10 minutes when I go in to the store. This is true of picking up orders pre-ordered through the app and walk-ins. Very few customers in store, never more than two people in front of me, usually tables available even at lunchtime. Always 5-6 employees behind the counter, usually conversing with each other but very friendly when they are interacting with customers. The worst Starbucks experience in my entire life. First, the baristas are not paying attention to minimal detail such as name. I spelled my name and still didn’t write it properly. Second, the restroom was the worst, dirty and stinky. This should be addressed immediately. I hope my friends from the Health Department won’t randomly visit you and be surprised by this toilet experience. Next, the baristas does not have a Starbucks high standard of customer care and service. Shouting at customer and with no politeness at all. Lastly, I specifically said to make my coffee with Oat or Soy or any nondairy alternatives as I have lactose intolerance, and voila! My coffee was made with whole milk. Very bad experience!
