I arrived at the drive thru the staff was attending to someone at the first window. I said hello and kept quiet for more than two minutes. I can clearly see the staff attending to some by the first window. She got back to me and the first thing she said was “you shouldn’t say hello” I was like what, why should I not say hello to let you know that I’m waiting. She said to me again you shouldn’t say hello, just go ahead and Oder your food. What’s wrong in saying hello? I said to her you’re being rude and very disrespectful. We went back and forth arguing and I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came and said to me “ma’am we’re not going to serve you. I was expecting the manager to apologize and de-escalate the situation. The manager is not fit to be one. He doesn’t have patience, no customers service skills, he clearly cannot handle pressure or do his job properly under pressure, he’s rude and arrogant. I feel discriminated. Read moreFood is ok. But no matter how few people are in the drive through or how small the order is, they always have everyone pull around and park by the front door to wait for the order. Then all the cars are parked blocking the drive through exit for 15 to 20 minutes each time! This happened again to me this evening, they didn't give me my receipt or one of the items I paid for. I went through the drive through because I was unable to go in the store. So I couldn't go in to tell them they forgot one of the items in my order. Without the receipt, I couldn't contact customer service online to get a refund for the item (you need a number from the receipt.) I understand that fast food restaurants will often have large drive through orders pull around and wait so it doesn't mess up their drive through times. But to have every tiny order pull around and wait blocking the exit and waiting 15 minutes for an $11 order at 8pm when the restaurant is not busy and then to not receive items I paid for takes away all the convenience that I go to fast food restaurants for. Read moreLast night I got off work late and wanted a “quick” meal and placed a mobile order. There was one car in front of me in the Drive Thru. They made her wait 10 minutes to take her order. Then I get to the speaker to check in with my order and made me wait as well. I then get to the window and this is almost 30 minutes now. They open the window and repeat another mobile order which isn’t mine, but okay no problem told them mine. I was then told it would be 10 mins, they had to cook it. There was no way I was going to wait any longer. I then asked for a refund to the guy running the drive thru and he then walked away and asked his manager and said “it had to be done through the app” Where was the manager? Where was the customer service from a manager? I never once spoke to her or was offered another item instead.
