I brought my 1-year-old daughter to Whimzy this past Sunday, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. There was a birthday party going on, and as it ended, the kids were given goodie bags—which is completely fine and expected. However, the goodie bags were filled with candy, and those candies ended up being brought into the play area, which is against the rules for safety reasons.
The parents from the party did not monitor their children, so kids were running around the play area with candy, dropping pieces everywhere. My daughter kept finding candy on the ground, and I had to quickly grab it from her hands multiple times to prevent her from eating it. I even brought this to the attention of the lady at the front desk, but nothing was done.
I wasn’t the only one upset—another father went directly to the party and asked them to keep the candy at the tables, but they refused. It was incredibly disappointing that there wasn’t a manager on site during a party like this to enforce the rules and ensure the play area remained safe for all children.
Of course, I was supervising my child closely, which is the only reason she didn’t eat anything. But one of the main reasons I come to Whimzy is because I expect it to be a safe, clean environment for my daughter to socialize, crawl, and walk. Read moreWe had a blast for my daughter’s birthday party. They were so well organized. The assistant manager called in advance to confirm everything a few days early. This was helpful. When we arrived for the party on a busy Saturday, the assistant manager was there and greeted us with very clear and organized instructions. They had a cart on the side where we could place all our things until it was time for the party. The kids were able to play first, which was great, because they were so anxious to get out there run through the activities. The party was great as well. We had a host assigned to us who helped us with anything we needed. The pizza was good and hot. They provided plates, napkins, cups, and cutlery. I was very impressed with the ease of having an event with 10 kids (plus parents) most of which were around 4 or 5 years old. They loved all the activities. Everyone is excited about coming back. Excellent...

We took a trip today for the FIRST time and though I was hesitant all fears instantly left once I entered and was greeted by Ava! She was friendly, attentive, and answered all my questions and helped me feel at ease before we entered! Clear instructions and great staff! The people working the café were polite and quick! They offer a kid friendly “obstacle course” as my child called it! They have so many fun jumping games and other games that can be played using a card to earn tickets! They even offer a variety of claw machines for the littles who will win always at them! 10/10 recommend! Varies tables so there is PLENTY of room for those to sit! Lockers to put things away, and a show station occupied with a bench so the minis can take off their shoes, and put them away! We will DEFINITELY be back!...
