Captain D's — Restaurant in Cartersville

I'm not sure what's going at this captain Ds. When you go in it takes a minute before you are greeted stocking sauces and making tea are more important and why is there always something leaking from the ceiling with wet puddles in the floor with no caution signs? I ordered a fish and chicken dinner, I will give props where they are deserved the fish and chicken were cooked fresh but I guess they don't know what happens to greasy fries and hushpuppies when they sit around. They become hard gresdy and unedible. It didn't take long to eat 2 pieces of fish and chicken and I stopped by the counter on the way out showed the girl at the counter what I was served, I told them this is how you work yourself out of a job. If you can't even get fresh food to a single customer and one in the drive thru where is the breakdown? I told them this is why I can't get my wife to come back in here, the last time the baked fish was still cold on the inside. I love captain ds but I won't go back to this nasty restraunt. I mean my God have some pride in your work even if you work at captain ds. Oh and in addition to the leaking ceilings missing booths I should have never stopped in the restroom before I left what's that on a once a month cleaning schedule? I can only imagine what the people who work here live in at their own home..... unacceptable whoever your district manager is doesn't know what they ate doing someone here would've been fired a long time ago. It might have been the worst fast food experience I have has in a long time. No offer of any refund just an apology and...

UPDATE: Pulled up to the drive thru. I was their only customer. Ordered the seafood feast. A popular meal. Twenty-seven minutes later, I finally got my food. Something needs to be done. There is no reason anyone should have to wait that long for their food.

Food has gotten better. Service is not so friendly. They are curt and never smile. Thank you is not in their vocabulary. They used to have the best cocktail sauce around. Now it is inedible. Nasty. Probably won't go back to this location.

Hungry, I thought I would give this joint one more try. Sorry I did. The only thing good about this place was the lady who served up. Very nice friendly person. Foos, if you want to call it that, was absolutely horrible. Fish was the consistency of deep fried chicken that tasted fishy. Mac and cheese, liquid cheese with a few noodles. Sad. The cartersville location is the worst I have ever been to. We arrived at 9pm, when we drove around to the drive through there was a lady wearing a headset and a man wearing a captain d’s shirt leaving over the rail outside holding hands. There was a truck already at the menu, we waited 10 minutes or so until the truck drove off and must have told the couple people were trying to order. When she finally came to take the order, they were out of this, out of that damn near out of everything. If they weren’t too busy standing outside smoking nasty cigarettes (probably didn’t wash hands before coming back to make food) and having a relationship outside, then they would be getting a better review.
