Monday, Tuesday and Thursday this week I went to this DD on my way in to work. I always get the same drink at every single DD. Large iced oat milk late with 1 hazelnut syrup. Monday, the drink was not oat old nor had any syrup. Tuesday they gave me a medium mocha something with extra sugar, and Thursday when ordering I made sure to let them know the issues I had had that week, and ordered the same drink but a croissant with egg and cheese. No bacon or sausage as I am a vegetarian. They apologized for the mistakes and I paid and left. As I bit into my sandwich I realized it had bacon on it!! I was already on 20 so I decided to keep the receipt and go back after work. When I went there I walked up to the window and let the lady know what had happened. I gave her the sandwich and the receipt showing I ordered no meat. She offered to remake, but it was dinner time and I asked for a refund. She said she could not do that, but to come back and she would put my receipt up and I could tell them at the window that I had a free sandwich. Today, Saturday, I went to get the large oatmeal latte and the sandwich and told the lady at the speaker I was picking up a free sandwich because mine was wrong on Thursday and my receipt was up at the window. Some manager got on the speaker and told me “ You will get nothing free. You have come up here each day this week to get free food and I am not giving you anything free”. I was shocked I argued with her, and she told me just this once she would give me my food but I was not welcome back. I drove to the window and had all my Dunkin’ transactions pulled up, but she basically threw my drink at me and then my sandwich and said don’t come back as they would never serve me!!!! I never did a thing wrong! I have never been insulted like this in my life!! I want to talk with the franchise owner and Dunkin corporate myself. I use this location at least 4...

I get the exact same drink, and every single time I order. It is given to me incorrectly. I finally called this morning to talk to a manager about it because it’s frustrating that every single time I order and I ordered several times a week. My drink is wrong. It’s not a difficult drink. It’s literally an iced vanilla latte with sweet cream, foam, and caramel drizzle and cinnamon sugar, but when I called today to talk The manager she was extremely rude, acted like she did not care, and when I finish telling her what was going on.
