McDonald's — Restaurant in Carthage

I arrived UN tha drive e thru at 10:10 today waited 29 min to get to tha speaker then to first.d a employee turning the menus and tha drive e thirty worked tell me breakfast has ended the four cars in frount of me several drove off and two had there passangersgo in to order.. Being very suck w tha flu I chose to stay in line and then when finding out breakfast was over I just left. I cane home to call the manager and to get a explanation on why I was turned away after waiting in line fir 39 min she responded we did tha best we could I then asked her maybe they should forecast sales to be busier on tha weekends so they would have the right amount if ppl on staff to handle the volume if business. She stated the computer does all our scheduling fir us we have no control on adjusting ppl w tha volume of business we have. I have been in tha fast food industry for 25 years and I know for a fact if I were to run my business as this one does I wouldn't be allowed tha ppl for tha volume either to many bad days of sales over weight tha good weekend sales!!! And I guess tha moral of this comment is that never once did tha manager aopologize for their performance today and she wouldn't not allow me to have tha owners name so I could voice my concerns on how his restraint was being staffed!!! My family li es McDonalds but with this experience I will Not spend tha money I work hard for at this location.... yes I understand its just McDonalds but it is a place of business and if u don't OWN it your OWNER well...

This visit was terrible. There are two McDonald's in Carthage, the north one and the south one and I will never go to the north one again. It was before 1:00 so it was still what I would consider the main lunch time, but we had to wait almost 5 minutes for somebody to come to the counter to take our order. Even then, she had the audacity to pull her phone out and check a message right in the middle of the order. She made no effort to clarify anything or even see if we wanted anything else with our order. There were, understandably, few looked in the restaurant, but it took over ten minutes to get our food. During that time we were witness to employee in-fighting and bickering, and a roach crawling across the floor by our table. I didn't ask the kids how their food was, but my Smokehouse burger was not hot, and tasted weird. Though we waited a long time for our food, nothing looked or tasted fresh. And, to top it all off, our receipt has an offer for a buy any item and get one crew, IF you go to their website and rate your visit as "Highly satisfied". I'm going to do it, though I'm NOT satisfied, but just so that I can use it another location. Now, if you'll excuse me, I feel like I need to go throw up, (the worst part is that I'm not saying this to be dramatic, I honestly...

I can't believe the multiple issues i encountered at this restaurant. To start i understand slippy floors but this one seemed like it was mopped with grease. Then the person at the cashier seemed confused and lost couldn't answer simple questions (my father asked if the sausage biscuit combo came with coffee.. She said she didn't think it did..i even knew it was available) Then when we got the order my sausage muffin bread was hard and stale, coffee was cold, i wasn't haves my drink cup and when i asked for ketchup i was handed one packet. there's wasnt much teamwork and communication. So after we ordered a big breakfast to go but we asked for the cream and sugar separated again confused by my request she said i don't think we can do that. She might of been new but nobody was there to assist. Asked to make sure the coffee was hot and she said she had to make a new pot which was fine while i waited for the breakfast (the food wasn't coming out with speed and intensity anyways) then another employee got the coffee from the drive thru. Finally sliding out of the restaurant i was on my way. I had just drove from Tulsa to here (2 hours)to visit my elderly aunt and she loves the McDonald's big breakfast it's terrible this is the experience i had trying to make her day by...
