New restaurant in strip mall near Tryon Rd and Kildaire Farm road. Very small restaurant. Went here mid week for dinner and the place was empty which would usually be concerning but I was told the food is good. The hostess pointed to a table by the soda a machine for the 4 of us to sit at. I asked instead if we could sit at another table and pointed to a larger table for 4 and was told no those are for “parties” or something of the sort which made no sense since the place was empty and they had other tables that sit 4 and a larger table as well. So off we went to sit by the soda machine even though we were the only customers.

Complimentary chips and salsa were brought to the table and they were both good. The waitress was a bit quick to come by to take our order and we needed to ask for more time to look over the menu a number of times. There were a variety of ACP dishes to choose from as well as fajitas, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and chimichangas. Two in our group got ACP dishes, one got tacos, and one burrito. Once ordered the food came very quickly. It was served hot and on heavy dishes like old school quality. The food was really fresh tasting and flavorful. Not greasy or premade tasting. Portions were good as well. The menu indicated they serve breakfast and...

My cousin had her son’s birthday party catered by ACP Mexican Bar & Grill and the food was delicious! I accompanied her to pick it up and they packaged everything nicely and helped us carry the food to the car. The food tastes like home cooking and it was some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in a while! The rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The vegetables were just soft and crunchy enough and bathed in flavorful juices. But the steak and chicken were impressively tender and considering we had to transport them back to the house they maintained their yumminess- if that’s a word. Tortillas were warm, soft and tasted like they were home made. And don't get me started on the Queso! Smooooth and tasty! And I usually hate queso. But not this one! And lastly, the FLAN. Now I make flan and I love my flan, but I have to hand it to them, it was pretty darn good. And did I mention they gave us the flan still in the pan! So Fresh! And Flan is not easy to get right. So high five to ACP Mexican...

My experience was great.

The queso is great, the grilled chicken was flavorful, and there was just enough jalapeño to add some good spice without overpowering the rest of the meal. The presentation of my burrito was great as well.

The aesthetic of the restaurant was very green and natural, not usual of what you’d expect from a Mexican Grill, but it was very pretty all the same and blended together very nicely.

One thing I would change - It would be awesome to get a lunch menu added in the future. The price of the food is reasonable for a dinner price and pretty comparable to other sit down restaurants, maybe slightly more expensive depending on what you order.

Having a lunch special with some cheaper options would be a good way to get some younger regulars or those on a budget...

Let’s start off by saying this place here, I give it a 💯 a great spot to come and sit and just relax and enjoy the food and music. Food was fast and hot and served with so much love Lucy was good she was teaching me what some of the items were I like that she helped me pick out some great choices of tacos to try. El pastor , carnita Omg! The flavors was so good that I have to admit I will keep coming back for them. I also had the flan 🍮 when I say it was feeling like home I love it’s a must try. The environment is friendly and welcoming and lots of dining room space to eat very beautiful. The prices of the food is reasonable

I happened across this little place by accident, and what a happy accident it was. The atmosphere inside is very cozy, and very green, the walls being decorated with a bonsai motif that I found quite soothing. The first thing I tried was a margarita -- of course -- and it was enormous! It took both hands to lift it but it was well worth the effort. I then tried the ACPC (arroz con pollo y camarones) which was tasty, filling, and beautifully plated. Add to that a very attentive and cheerful server, and you have a well-earned five star review. I'm on my way there right now, in fact, to explore the reset of the menu.
