The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was arranged to perfection, making the celebration truly special. The attentive servers catered to our every need, making sure that all guests felt welcome and enjoyed their time. Our glasses were always refilled promptly, and each course was flawlessly served.

Chef Rawat and Mamta’s latest venture here was such a delightful experience and like Chef Serge of Bodega Wake Forest ( nee St.Jacques ) who was with me said - a remarkable journey into the love and passion which has gone in each of his delectable creations ! We can relish it in each mouthful of the soft & succulent Methi chicken kebabs , the perfectly done Lamb chops , the melt in the mouth Galouti kebabs ( very rarely do you see this dish ) , and of course the exceptional Whole Fish fried ( Pompano ) which like both he and Dr.Flynn ( Transfer Food Hall ) said was done just right . ( very easy to mess up fish 😉and shrimp ) Pairing his unique Tiger Naan - which Chef Serge said stood the test of any French bread or baguette in its ability to taste as good and feel as crisp even after we took our time relishing dipping it into the exceptional and signature dish - the Dal Saffron , along with South Indian creamy Coconut sea food dish with Tiger Prawns 🍤, Scallops and Fish and the absolute not to miss “ Raan “ - whole leg of lamb marinated overnight and slow cooked in the tandoor which simply falls of the bone ! Of course if you get a chance try to reserve the “ Gabbar Singh table “ ( in lieu of the Chef’s table ) Congratulations 🍾🎊🎉🎈 Chef Rawat & Mamta you have us a remarkable experience of the famed Indian hospitality and exceptional cuisine . As some of you may know other than whisking Mamta away from the valleys of the Himalaya’s Chef Rawat cut his teeth at the world famous Bukhara at Maurya Sheraton Delhi ( for many years the #1 North west frontier restaurant in the world )!before he was a chef at Saffron and opened his own Mantra , Aroma , Amber and now this . Having relished his innovative and exceptional creations for over 18 years we can vouch for the outstanding food and exceptional experience that he and his team provide...
