Boba-N-Chai in Cary, NC is a wonderful place to enjoy a variety of tasty drinks and snacks. They serve fresh and premium bubble tea, rolled ice cream, boba tea, Indian samosas, and more. You can customize your order with different flavors, toppings, and combinations to suit your preferences.

I visited Boba-N-Chai on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted by the friendly staff and the cozy ambiance. They explained the menu and the options to me and helped me choose what to get. I ordered a taro milk tea with tapioca pearls and an onion samosa. The milk tea was creamy and flavorful, and the pearls were chewy and sweet. The samosa was hot and crispy, with spices, and vegetables. It was a satisfying and filling snack.

I also sampled the green tea latte, which was smooth and refreshing. The rolled ice cream looked tempting, but I was too full to try it. Maybe next time. I paid a very very reasonable price for my order, which I thought was fair for the quality and quantity.

I would highly recommend Boba-N-Chai to anyone who loves bubble tea, ice cream, or Indian food. It is a great place to hang out with friends, family, or yourself. I can’t wait to go back and try more of...

To the lady with black glasses. I was told you are a manager. If your employee gets orders mixed up during your shift you say sorry to the customer and try to correct it as fast as you can. Not just say oh he mixed them and walk away. I don't care who did it.

More than 20 minutes past after I had place my order you told me the orders got mixed up and asked me what I had ordered. And I told you what my order was at your face 3 times and another 20 minutes went by then you asked me again what my order was. You didn't even care to check on your employee if things are fixed. Then you had another girl from the next shift come in and make my drinks . And she said sorry for the wait. She gave me an the apology that you should had given me but had not. By the way, there were only 2 other customers waiting on drinks before us and nobody after us. It still took over 40 minutes for me to get my order, 2 drinks from the traditional milk tea menu. Absolutely horrible customer service from the manager.

Plus they don't offer east Asian ...

My son and I had the opportunity to try this place for the 1st time in May. 1st the ambiance of the place is beautiful. The place was very clean and the customer service was great. My son and I had the opportunity to meet the owner. She is very nice. You can tell that she takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. One thing I do appreciate is that the have drinks that are caffeine free, which you don’t often find tea places to off caffeine free drinks. Since it was my first time I asked the cashier for her suggestion on a drink. I believe it was a mango slushy that I ordered. It was really delicious.

I don’t live in the area but I was excited to find this place because my sons has football practice in the area so I will be a frequent customer when I am in the area.
