Jets Pizza — Restaurant in Cary

My boyfriend and I recently ordered from your establishment, having previously enjoyed a delightful experience based on a friend’s recommendation. Unfortunately, our most recent visit did not meet the standards we had come to expect.

Upon arriving to pick up our order, I was informed by the staff that our pizza was still in the oven despite receiving a notification that it was ready. While this was confusing, I patiently waited for an additional six minutes. Upon receiving the pizza, I immediately noticed that the temperature of the box suggested it had not just come out of the oven.

Moreover, upon inspection, one half of the pizza (bacon, pineapple, Canadian ham, and beef) was burnt, while the other half (supreme) was excessively topped in a manner that appeared rushed. The toppings were so poorly distributed that they slid off when we attempted to serve the pizza.

While the overall taste of the pizza was satisfactory, the presentation and quality left much to be desired. It seemed as though a pre-made pizza was hastily topped to...

I deeply regret going to Jet’s Pizza on Ten Ten Road. My life is now divided into two eras: Before Jet’s and After Enlightenment via Crust. Thanks to that first square of deep dish perfection, I can’t enjoy anything else. Not homemade food, not five-star restaurants, heck, I barely trust water anymore unless it was poured at Jet’s. The dough? Suspiciously perfect. I’m convinced they’ve got a retired Italian nonna chained to the mixer whispering ancient gluten secrets. The cheese? It's so stretchy I nearly used it as dental floss. And the sauce? I swear it made eye contact with my soul. I felt judged… and then forgiven.

And let’s talk about the Turbo Crust. No warning on the box, no waiver to sign—just life-altering flavor bombarding my taste buds like a parade with extra garlic.

So yes, I regret it. I regret not trying it sooner. I regret that I now spend most nights staring out the window wondering if Jet’s misses me, too. I’m not saying this pizza changed my personality… but my dog says I’ve been...

I ordered the Detroit Style 8 Corner with Pepperoni and Mushrooms let me tell you it was so delicious the crust is made perfect so well done,the size is hefty you cannot eat it in one setting it is definitely worth every single dime

The owner Tim is awesome such a nice guy he is from Detroit and his pizza shows he definitely know what he is doing I had a nice conversation with him and a few workers outside.There was 2 workers inside a young lady at the cash register and the guy that made my pizza they were both such a joy and so sweet we talked and laughed the atmosphere in there was top notch he made my pizza so perfect
