I visited this Venezuelan food truck and unfortunately, the food didn’t meet my expectations. The pastelitos seemed to be frozen and were not fully cooked—the dough was hard and chewy inside. The tequeños had a good amount of cheese, but the filling didn’t melt properly and the overall taste was very floury.
Although the concept is Venezuelan, I didn’t find the food to be truly authentic. That said, the customer service was excellent. The young woman who helped me was extremely kind, and even offered me an extra pastelito since it was my first time visiting.
