Today I had the WORST experience ever. I placed an online order and when I arrived at the location my order was not there. There was one nice employee ( cool white dude with glasses ) whom seemed to believe me and was trying to help me figure out what happened to my order. the guy who was in charged basically told me if I didn’t have a receipt i needed to leave. I went to my car and called my card in which I had been charged $31 for the online order & I was able to confirm my order was placed at the high house location. Was able to speak with my bank and they refunded my funds after explaining what happened. After speaking with bank I decided to go back into location and replace order. I requested for a specific person to make my subs and the person in charge asked me to leave and proceeded to lie and said I threaten him. In which I did not. I ask for his name to refer to who helped me when I gave a call back to the manager in the morning regarding my order. He did not want to give me his name & that was ok. I didnt understand but I made no big deal of it. he proceeded to ask me to leave and called the police on me. & also proceeded to run out the door behind my car to get my tag...
Read moreI have been a loyal Jersey Mike's customer here for the last 8 years and have recently been very disappointed. Over time, I have consistently noticed the lack of meat that employees have been putting on their subs. This has occurred at multiple locations, not just this one. I grew more and more irritated with this only to ask if they have had a new policy regarding the amount of meat they put on their subs. The woman replied, "no, we weigh all our subs." I think to myself, that's hilarious because I don't remember the last time an employee has weighed my sub on the scale, let alone this one particular visit. Jersey Mike's used to be worth the extra $7 dollars you pay for a giant sub versus a footlong from a competitor. They no longer are worth that extra money. As much as it pains me to say this, I will now start taking my 2 visits per week to somewhere that is worth the money like Harris Teeter or Subway. This is disappointing because Jersey Mike's is so much more delicious than its competitors, but not good enough that the giant sub is worth $14 without noticing I even have meat on my sub now (a slight...
Read moreAbsolutely abhorrent. I’m home sick and unable to pick up an order myself, so I decided to use the Jersey Mike’s app to order delivery. An hour and a half later, my order still hasn’t been assigned a dasher—so $30 later, I’m assuming my hot food is just sitting there getting cold. I’ve tried calling the store to get an update, and nobody answers. Three separate Doordash support members have called the store on behalf of my order and they relayed to me that nobody answered the phone for them either. Doordash can’t refund my order since I made it through a third party (the Jersey Mike’s app), yet Jersey Mike’s won’t pick up the phone so I can figure out if I’m getting my food or my money back. Not really sure who’s at fault for this one, but your app is glitchy, your store doesn’t answer the phone, and my money is now stuck with you guys and I can’t do a damn thing about it. Unfortunately I HAVE to put at least one star, but I’d go...
