Starbucks is usually one of our go to places for coffee. We enjoy trying the seasonal flavors and like to sit and discuss our day/make travel plans. It’s a simple outing we enjoy as a family. But unfortunately our visit to this Starbucks resulted us in being rushed to make our purchase because the lady at the counter kept asking us our order even though we said we needed a few more minutes. It was an empty Starbucks with no one else waiting in line, so unsure why she was so impatient. When we asked her to explain the difference between 2 variants, she seemed annoyed and answered a little sarcastically as though we should know the difference ourselves. Anyway, we were so conscious of her asking us for the order every 5seconds, that we ordered the pistachio latte and a cookie. She rushed off to get our order and was on the phone with someone and laughing that when I tried to call her to ask her to heat my cookie, she didn’t respond. When she finally did respond, she said she couldn’t heat it after giving it to me (even though I hadn’t taken it out from the bag). This cafe is newer, but the floor is cement, the chairs are hard wood, and the ceiling and windows are uncovered, which makes for an EXTREMELY LOUD and insanely noisy environment. It's actually uncomfortable to sit in some Starbucks now doe their industrial motif.
If the new starbucks CEO is wanting to make these outlets into the local neighborhood coffee house again, you will seriously need to do something to soften the terrible noisy and non-cozy atmosphere in these types of locations.

Read moreLike other reviewers have stated in recent reviews, there are a few female employees at this location who are very confrontational and unfriendly/smug. One employee is especially displeased with how quickly I arrive at the store after using the app to order. She tells me this every Sunday. I finally got fed up and tried to talk it through logically, but instead of apologizing the girl power staff banded together to yell at me, interrupt me, and agree that the solution is to not shop at that location.
