normally I like the food but it seems like management lost interest in the place. Then tonight I went by knowing the lobby was closing at 9PM only to find out they close any time they damn well please,.8:30 and locked up tight. Oh sure I could go to drive up and eat in my car and make a mess in my car, But I was there for more than just food. My home is full of acetone fumes from the painters and I wanted to sit, relax and use their better than most places around wifi. Closing before the posted time is no way to run a business. I know their business is slow that time of night, that is part of the business. If you want to close at noon I don't care, just do not advertise you are open till 9
So I went by Saturday morning, it's 15 degrees out and I'm wanting breakfast and coffee, they were out of coffee. Three days later they were still out of coffee, but at least the weather has warmed up and removed all the ice from their parking lot so you can at least get in the damn store, you just can't have a hot or even cold cup of coffee. When I was managing fast food, if one of my stores was low on something like coffee, I ran straight out and bought coffee. You're a restaurant, this is your job. If you make 1 million customers happy, they might tell another person. Make one mad and they will post it all over the internet. This store needs a new district manager so they can train their stores to run a business instead of a part time hobby. The food they haven't run out of...
Read moreOh my god... Where do I begin? I've been going to this location for a few years now, and I always question why I continue to come back. Service is slow, whether it's the drive thru our the front line. Ordering thorough the drive thru will take you a minimum of 15 minutes, even when it's slow. Cashiers take forever to take your order, and even longer to bring your food. Once they bring your food, it's rare your order is even correct. Food is either wrong, old, improperly packaged, or all of the above. Going inside is just as terrible, as I've actually had a cashier disappear in the middle of taking my order for nearly 10 minutes once. The dining room is generally unkept as well, making finding a decent place to eat challenging. I myself worked at a Bojangle's for a couple years, and try to stay empathetic for those who have to work in the industry. But I've lost all respect for this restaurant... The only good employee I've met is Vivian, who is always smiling and prepares our food correctly, but everyone else is beyond terrible. This place had at least decent service before new management came in and replaced the entire staff, but now I can't say anything less than DO...
Read moreI have it right next to my apartment compound and it just takes 3-4 minutes to walk. However they mark that the order is ready but it would not be ready even after 20 minutes me waiting there personally... And they even made online that the order is served and I physically waited there for atleast 15-20 minutes post it was marked served/completed... It's not once or twice it happens every time... And I faced this experience atleast 5-6 times. Once when I went there purposefully about 5-8 minutes lately after it was marked ready the order was simply lying around.
They deduct the money immediately once I place the order but when I asked couple of times why isn't it being made in the order that the order was received even for store pickup... they just said we would not make it until you get inside and wait for us to check you in...
More funnily there is no Taco Bell support contact on the App or I can't either mark my feedback for the order.
And so I just...
