I took my mother out for lunch and ordered 2 meals, the lady at the front desk ran my card but was hesitant to give it back, she had it in her hand and went to the back with it, while I waited at least 10 minutes I finally asked if I could have my card back, she then gave it to another lady working that ran my card ..again. I told her that the card was already ran once and that I saw the first lady do it. She said that the card reader was "offline" and I could check my bank account to be sure in a rude manner. I checked my account and there it was 2 transactions had occurred. I showed her my account statement and politely asked for a refund. I was argued with and rejected multiple times. The egg rolls are pretty good and the rice is your standard takeout quality. The restaurant itself is kind of dingy and worn down, and their insistence on using cash for transactions of less than ten dollars is kind of annoying. Make sure you call in at least twenty minutes before you go because it can take...
