I am changing my review of this business especially if you order on line. The web page says 1 day priority shipping. Only one option. I have ordered twice on line and neither was delivered per this promise. There are many places who actually deliver in one day even Etsy. So buyer beware. I love this business and the employees are like a warm family but I will never order on line again. The business provides a range of classes for all skill levels which are small, informative and support your evolving interest. There are always new projects and tempting supplies throughout the store. The staff are familiar with the products and assist as needed with recommendations of fabrics for your projects. The fabrics are frequently refreshed and if you find something you want I recommend getting it at that point because it flies off the shelves. Should their ever be a question about my order, for example, I ordered all of the bolt of fabric and it may be shy a quarter of yard compared to what was available at the time of when my order was placed; the CQC team does not hesitate to contact me and share what options are available to correct the order. I visited this store today as I have on a few other occasions. The shop is nice. They offer nice fabrics. At the end of spending an hour and a half in the store, I had 1 lady ask me I found what I was looking for and afterwards asked what I was making. I told her that I was done and found it odd/strange that I had been there for that long and she was the only person who asked me if I needed anything. She told me that I looked like I was in the zone and didn't want to disturb me. The lady at the register said that I was on the phone, so she didn't ask. There were at least 4 to 5 people woking there while I was there. I was on the phone when I came into the shop, but was off within 15-20 minutes. Neither excuse worked for me because while I was there the employees asked other customers if they needed help or found what they were looking for. Both of the employees apologized.
