I have always been loving and supported at this zaxbys location since 2018 if I’m not mistaken always good service good manager great employees since I remember BUT I just went and dine in with my siblings and my boyfriend the manager was super rude nasty and crazy this was Sunday afternoon around 7pm or 8pm. My brother started to order and started to point out things on the menu and I was telling him that he needed to actually look at the menu and say what he wanted not point it out remind you I was talking to him and I was whispering it to him she literally got involved in our conversation when it was an A and B conversation not an A B C conversation then I was trying to order for myself and my boyfriend she was just trying to ring up my siblings food you literally see two adults that are the ones who are going to pay for the food what makes you think 12 year old and under going to pay it I just didnt understand her attitude I really didn’t say much as I’m writing here ask the employees I just looked confused I’m Hispanic myself and I remember an Hispanic girl she was amazing helpful and nice and the other two males as well then I went back to order food to go and I understand she had other people standing at front but they were picking up DoorDash and stuff and their food wasn’t ready yet it was still coming out the kitchen so I’m the only customer standing up front trying to leave and just take food home and she knows I’m trying to order and the other people are just picking up she has no food to pack for them yet she just ignores the fact that I’m there waiting to order the male that was taking drive though orders was kind enough to take my order because I was literally the only one trying to order she didn’t even ask him to he did it on his own because he saw me and how I wasn’t being nasty I was just trying to...
Read moreI will never eat at 1021 N. Harrison Ave. Cary NC. 27513 Zaxby's ever again. I use to eat here nighty and spend 15.00 every night. I don't know if they have new management or what but I am very unhappy. I shouldn't have to ask for fresh food every time I go there and you wouldn't think that the food would old when the drive thru is wrapped around the building but again I get home with my food and I have dried out chicken and chicken tender. I called the manager she tells me I can ask for fresh chicken I should have to ask it should be decent enough to eat. She tells me that the chicken is cooked early in the day then redipped in the oil as needed. That should be a Health Code violation and I will check on it. I asked for a corporate number but then was told they don't have one because they're a private location. So then I asked for a area manager's number and she told me she couldn't give it to me that she would have to take my number down and have her call me back I don't know about you but I think we should be able to get a hold of somebody. Read moreThis review is solely based on the service I received and not about the food, because I did not receive any. I visited this location last night, 8/5 around 9:30 pm. They closed at 10:00 pm, so in my mind I had plenty of time to get food. When I pulled up in the drive thru to place my order, before I could say anything I hear, "Sorry we are not taking anymore orders." So, I say, "Oh, I thought you closed at 10:00?" and the reply I received was, "Yes, but we don't have anymore food." Huh???? I was confused because how do you run out of food and not have anything to offer customers! Or was it because it was close to closing and the staff you not want any new orders? There was no apology given and my customer service experience at this location was very lacking. I live in Cary so Zaxby's is the closest to me, but I am not sure if I will patronize this establishment again.
