Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Casa Grande

Love Carl's Jr western bacon cheese burger. This location needs to be checked by Corporate and re-evaluated. Place is not clean to Carl's standards. Service is extremely slow, three people who order behind me at the counter got their order ahead of me, 14 minutes for my order to 2 egg, sausage and bisquit sandwich. Another couple sat for 5 minutes waiting before someone came out and asked if they had another choice as they were out of french toast sandwiches. Oh and you can stand at the counter waiting to order in outer space and invisible for sometime while the employees behind the counter are engaged in a funny conversation and laughing, like you are not even there, it appears that the on duty manager is also involved in this ignoring of customers at the counter waiting to order food. At best a VERY POOR customer oriented business establishment. And you guessed it no more Carl's Jr on Florence Ave in Casa Grande, Arizona, I will go where my business is appreciated and they still know what...

If you walk in here remotely near a mealtime and there are only two employees, turn around and walk back out! Took like 20+ mins to get our food (eat in, 3 of us). None of it was hot, just room temperature. We watched cars come and go in the drive thru, but we were left to wait. There were only 2 other customers ahead of us (inside), and they were seated and waiting for their food when we got there. Must have been waiting a long time also, based on how much the girl apologized for how long it took. I don't really blame the TWO girls who were the only two employees there at like 1:30-2:30 pm. Feb.2021 they've made staffing changes, my last several visits the staff here speak and understand English without any difficulty and when they are having personal discussions, it is also in english. Thank you for making the change For fast food chains, Carl's jr is constantly one of the best. This location, specifically casa grande AZ , I live near here for 11 yrs. And this location seems to employ only staff who speak English as a second language, which makes communicating difficult, and special requests nearly impossible (ex: they can never seem to omit onion when I ask for no onion). You'll only hear staff talk amongst themselves in Spanish. Plus they never smile or even pretend they are pleased...
