Street Queen Tacos — Restaurant in Casa Grande

I dont usually leave feedback reviews but i was a but disappointed today. This is one of the first restaurants I tried when I first moved to AZ and fell in love with the corn tacos. At that time, about 5 months ago, they had fat free beef meat, well seasoned, and tender, and the tortillas were amazing. I kept coming back for the tortillas alone. Not too many places I've ate at had their tortillas like theirs. The tortillas seemed hand made. I stopped in today and they changed the tortillas to store bought regular Mission tortillas it seemed like and the meat was bland and had a good amount of fat. I have had about 2 other visits in the last months and the meat always has fat now but it's off putting to have to pick at the meat and take the fat out. Not sure if this is a permanent change with the tortillas and I hate to leave feedback reviews as I mentioned, but I was so disappointed. I hope that the old tortillas come back cause if not I don't foresee another visit. The customer service was amazing and they are always super nice! They are part of the reason I keep coming back as well. The other positives about this place are the salsas, the quickness in which they process orders, and my orders are always correct. Overcrowded restaurant for no good reason! The food was gross the tacos were hard on the ends and soggy and white in the middle, The meat was just gristle with a mound of onion not necessary when they put onions on the tacos. I waited over an hour or two tacos rice and beans want to ask the guy what happened oh sorry the order never went to the back so they continue to service everyone who was there after me instead of getting my order ready because of their mistake I don't know if that kid at the register did much gummies or what but when he told the woman behind the window who was once at the cashier she could care less either. Stopped by Street Queen Tacos🌮🇲🇽 in Casa Grande and was seriously impressed! This small Mexican restaurant offers a great selection of authentic dishes, and everything looked fresh and delicious 😋.

I had the Surf and Turf Burrito 🌊🥩🦐—stuffed with shrimp, carne asada, and fries. It was huge, super tasty, and definitely hit the spot 💯. Portions are generous and the flavors are on point.

They’ve got Coca-Cola fountain drinks 🥤, which is always a plus. The dine-in space is cozy 🪑, but most people seem to grab takeout 🛍️—which makes sense, because the food travels well and stays hot.
