Taco Bell — Restaurant in Casa Grande

This resturant is the worst. I waited 15min. In the drive thru line after I paid. Then when I went to the second window the attendant tried to give me a med. drink when I paid for a xlg drink with my combo. She argued that I didn't pay for the xlg drink . I showed the receipt to her and she stated to me; " I'm sorry what flavor do u want ."and gave me the xlg drink. What happened ed to the rule the customer is always right. Then when I received my Mexican pizza it looked substandard not even coming close to the picture on the menu. What happen to the pride in America when these employees give food out that looks like garbage. This taco bell has low standards. Employees don't care. If it's not this, they will mix up orders or items will be missing so check all of ur items before leaving. The app ordering at this location sucks it suppose to expedite the process it only confuses the employees . u give the first person your name they verify the order then u go to the second window the food is just getting made and they say to u with a puzzle look on their face " r u the person with the mobile order" then they scramble trying to complete the order for the next 5min. So beware it's insane. You've been warned! On 8/14/15 we wanted 3 Starburst freezes taco bell only had sangria that is the only one they always serve so if u want Starburst or mt dew ur S O L. This taco bell sucks beyond belief.On 8/17/15 the attendant didn't give me change nor a receipt. I had to go to the front door and door was locked because the dining room was closed. I stood there for 8 min for manager to open door to get my .69 cents. On 8/22/15 ordered empenadas 8 pcs and had to wait 10-15min. They had none cooked. This resturant motto seems to be u may have anything on the menu but you have to wait. I want to tell them they need to wait...

So, I love Taco Bell, so this isnt for all Taco Bells, just this one. So ordering was a hassle mostly because they thought having a conversation and ignoring us was more important. Okay I can brush that off, whatever. Then I finally get the second half of the order in and they ask for the name it's "Tyler" very basic name, I dont know what was so funny cause the cashier boy starts laughing at his name and joking around with the girl taking our order about 'oh this guys name is Tyler ohhoho Tyler' giggling and what not about my husbands name while were standing a foot away trying to pay and wait for our food. The baja blast was out, no big deal. Two homeless women knocked the heck out sleeping in the lobby kinda scary when theyre asking for food but its cool theyre just hungry duh help our sisters out. 15-20 minutes we finally get our food after watching people in the kitchen joking around not cooking or anything no employees doing sh*t. Continuously making fun of the name Tyler in the kitchen, I dont think Tyler is a funny name its just a dude who wants his tacos. And time to eat. BOTH OF OUR FOOD IS F@$!ING FREEZING MY CHICKEN IN MY TACOS HARD AND COLD AND I OFFICALLY WAS MAD. Not cool making fun of my husband, but I can understand kids have inside jokes maybe about the name Tyler. But filthy lobby, cold food, bad service and hobos...

I wanted to report on something I saw at this location last night that has restored a bit of my faith in humanity. There were two you guys trying to pay for an order but seemed to be having trouble with their gift card. After a few attempts to get the card to work one of the employees at the store said "I got this for you" and paid for their order. What a nice gesture. A few minutes later there was an employee struggling with his job and appeared to be new. When he finished the guy running the kitchen walked up to him with a big smile on his face and grabbed the guys hand and shook it while telling him you'll get it man, it just takes some time. He told him he was doing a good job and hang in there. I'm amazed at the quality of humans who work at this location. I deliver for GrubHub and I constantly see people being mean and nasty to each other in restaurants and it was so refreshing to see that these folks really seemed to care for their fellow human beings. That was also the most smiles I have ever seen and had directed towards me while doing a delivery. Good job you...
