The manager disrespected me. And then acted like if I didn't know what I was talking about.

This ain't the first time I go thru this.

I'm being targeted by satanists in this country.

And they do that type of stuff.

They lie, and make it seem like if you're the perpetrator, and not them or their associates.

I was placing a compliant about an order. They put a little bit of rice in my order. And I felt it was personal.

Like I said, I'm being targeted, and they do stuff like that to me sometimes.

So I called to complain.

I spoke to the manager. And I told her about my order.

Right away she took a stance to protect her workers, like if they didn't do it on purpose.

I told her that I'm being targeted by satanists for speaking the truth.

Then she told me that nobody was targeting me. Like if I don't know what I'm going thru?

She disrespected me.

Then acted like if I was being disrespectful.

She was going on about that nobody there did anything on purpose, like if she knew 100%.

That they got new workers there.

The usual excuses you'd expect to hear from a manager.

She kept saying that I was being disrespectful because I defended myself against her lies about me.

I even felt someone or her send me that energy they send to try to make me feel nervous.

While she was silent.

I know exactly what's goin on.

I know how they are.

I gave Chillis a 5 star review before.

I never had a problem with them until this happened.

And it wasn't even a big deal until she started disrespecting me.

Lying.

Saying that I was disrespecting her.

When it was the other way around.

I didn't even call her any bad names.

I told her that I'm being targeted for speaking the truth.

That I've gone thru this before.

And she said that nobody's targeting me.

So be careful.

Our server was amazing and I felt bad for her. We went there for dinner last week and will never return. There were absolutely no condiments on our table nor salt and pepper. They were out of the burger bites which was the only thing I wanted from there but settled for some chicken tenders.

My husband ordered an Alex burger and it was under cooked. They were also out of ketchup bottles so our server had to give us a handful of ketchup packets to put on my husbands burger…

My daughter’s Mac n cheese was cold and gritty so she wouldn’t touch it &she’s good about eating all her food when we go out.

As for my tenders, they were over done, dry and burnt on the edges. I took a couple bites to try and stomach it but it was just awful. I went to eat my corn to only receive sea salt because that’s all they had left? 💀 Went to eat my corn without only for it to taste like it was corn that was cooked with freezer burn. Means they’re likely not storing the corn properly or not rotating it properly in the kitchen.

Hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Chillis. There’s something wrong at this location that needs to be fixed.

We chose to go here because the last time we went a few months ago we had good service and good food. Sad for our experience to tank like that and make us never want to return.

Well my first visit 2 Casa Grande ! Parking lot is small with 5or 6 spots for take out which were empty the hole time we were there. We sat at the bar do 2 the 30mins wait time. The server comes. Doesn't give his name or say welcome. Bad start. I ask how much is a root beer in. The bottle ? He says he has 2 check? Then my brother ask how much is bottle of budlight? Once again he doesn't know! How long do u have 2 work in s place till u know how much things r? It's ur job. So after 24 long minutes the food comes. I asked no beans on my plate. But I got them! So they take the plate back.so 5 more minutes go buy.i get my food back.its hot metal plate so my rice is now burnt! My brother ribs r still a little pink.we put r empty glasses at the end of the table thinking he mite c them and get refills. But no! So my brother has 2 ask.i go the bathroom 2 c how things r ? The trash can is full and floor wet.no toilet paper! So nothing going my way.$81.46 was my bill.so so upset.my brother just bought a house here and he was embarrassed. I finally got the server name on my receipt ( Fermin ) .and when we left he didn't even say thank u come again. I hope the send me a gift card.thats the only way I'm going back.
